Hummingbird speed decreased from 38 to 36 - This unit for someone serves to discover the map, I thing you do this for this.

I dunno about you. For some other people, this unit served as a gamebreaker.

Yunru take 2 slots

In 3.0. This is fixed already so Yunru only takes one in 3.3. Where have you been?

yet nobody is willing to explain how Rahn's weapon is able to teleport a pair of shorts.

Maybe if you explain your points with more detail, it would be understandable.  Like "Bug fix", what specific bug?

 

If I have to agree with one suggestion here, it would be the naval yard support powers, but mostly for the sake of equality among factions, unless these 2 factions hardly need a naval support power (entire Epsilon navy except Mandjet is submerged, while Foehn navy hits hard and can travel fast with Spinblades).

 

As for that Hindblade, I think I know where did you find that info. Finished removal of that unit in the wiki (and similar units) until it is publicly released.

Changes that I like:

- more miscellaneous AI changes, including improved use of various support powers

(would love to see chrono shifts from the ai)

- Dybbuk Hives in 'Insomnia' and 'Purgatory Challenge' now have their own unique artwork - by Nooze

- Sniper price decreased from $700 to $650, firepower increased by 10%-20% depending on armor type

(So I guess they're worth the money now?)

- there is now a very short delay before Hammer's weapon hits its target

(It's a small detail but it gives the illusion of a force travailing through the ground. It's great)

- Buratino damage vs defenses increased by 25%

- Dunerider grenade drop attack previously available through deploy command removed

(It was suicidal to use it, to begin with. Glad it's removed)

- Epsilon Adept and Epsilon Elite psychic wave radius increased from 3 to 3.3

(This will help out in some missions and gives more insensitive to use it in multiplayer)

- Duplicants will now automatically acquire enemy infantry in a small radius, like Dogs and Spooks

 

 

Changes that I think are unnecessary:

- Navy SEAL IFV weapon ROF increased from 8 to 10

(This will obsolesce all early infantry even more so. Poor Foehn)

- Rhino gets a new unique feature, it can hold Iron Curtain effects for 20% longer than other units

(Despite it being very unique, this will make the iron-curtained tank-drop even more infamous)

 

 

What I would have liked to see:

- Plague Splatter damage vs defenses/structures increased by X%

That's technically possible, but IMO Chronoshift is more like a Superweapon than a Support power.
What I fear is some Wallbuster that always targets your defenses, Blackwidow hovering over your radar once per day and 25 hours per run.
Not to mention Shadowringed infiltrator and hijacker doing nasty things with immunity.

That's technically possible, but IMO Chronoshift is more like a Superweapon than a Support power.

AI has been utilizing chronosphere since 3.3.3, Euro alliance AI chronoshifted some prisims and charon tanks into my base before while US AI used it to get some abrams into my base.

It's just the matter of if the AI builds the team for it.They have too many AI script trigger to begin with

I'd be happy if at least the obviously broken things were fixed, any sort of elaborate, fancy stuff would be just icing on the cake. WB should be always used on deences -as painful as it is, that's how it's supposed to be, and at least more people would realize that its cancer. BW already does what you envisioned, but there's more. Currently, the AI does not use Libra Clones at all, and uses Irradiation, Overcharge on the wrong units. Devourer is wasted on civilians and so is the Chinese EMP occasionally, and even the Smoke Bomber. Naval Mines aren't used by the AI either, IIRC. I wonder how much of this will change.

Oh, also, Backwarp doesn't work on the Allied Science Lab.

A price hike would be helpful in PvP but wouldn't do anything in PvE. It would be slightly less simple but much more effective to set its damage in a way that it could not destroy tier 2-3 defences that are on full HP, and it could only destroy tier 1's with a direct hit or if it hits the cell next to them. I don't think that support powers that can just delete the enemy's stuff with a click and can't be countered  aside from destroying the building that produces them should exist- that's what superweapons are for.

 

But whatever, it's just my personal oppinion. Most people seem to be fine with it, although I can't fit in my head how.

Oh. I seee... So, there has to be a duration of 10 units of time before another attack can commence?

if so then the ROF is 25% slower which is actually good news.

Soviet and Allied naval transport have own weapons? why you said that transports has own abilitys but I said support powers.
