so how about letting it spwan units that can not be built, superunits, alot of money, and promoting units around the thing.

Yes yes and yes all these ideas can be done for the crates i beleave.

Also just an idea how about changing the laser gens rangers to fire a laser rifle.

O and idk if someone said this but the tank gens sathack 2 power can't be used, once upgraded it does not show on side bar or in command center.

The sat hack issues are all fixed now. For both Tank general and nuke general.

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

cool, i just did not know if someone had said about the tank gens one cos i not ever noticed it lmao. I really don't know how i missed that till tonight.
And i finaly got the crash caused by the little bird the cyber gens has ;) i feel special.

I've got lots of plans and designs, but havn't started then yet. After China his the interm finish mark I'll be starting GLA

I've always felt stingers to be too generic for assault.
Maybe an MG nest? With an upgrade for SAMs?
Or maybe a quicker build time for those nests.
(Too many workers taking too long...)

I still thing that a Zu-23-2 (Twin Sov. 23mm AA Gun) would make a good GLA Defence.

And useful against both air and ground.

the gla defence is gonna be reword like all other teams so far, the gla defence has always been the weaked but remix will change that and make them more aceptable and also more balanced (even more so since the ai gonna be uber hard)

Maybe the russan made zues AA(can't be bothered ot find the full name) could be given to assult to repleace the quad cannon.
And an idea for the gla assult gens defence, the deefence would be modular and would have3 upgrades (more if u can think of others)
Firstly it would be a oval sandbag would have 3 upgrades they would be as follows.
1) Zuse AA, basicly a russian zues will be theresurrounded by sandbags it would be good vs air and ground infantry.
2) Same again apart from it would get one of the assult gens tanks in there good for anti armor.
3) the 155mm howitszor(sp)
All of these can have 2 garrasoned troops and MAYBE (depending on balancing) could have camo netting.

And for tech level 2 ther gla advance worker could build a Katusha rocket truck version of that defence.

i really like the idea of katyusha defence because all the other sides have long range defence.(staionary tomahawk,and staionary smerch)

i think that they should also have camo netting like the other GLA generals

what about a MG infantry that is good for denfence because he have to pack his MG everytime he move and can not fire until deployed but he is very effective againest infantry and light vechiles.the model could be like two guys 1 with the MG the second 1 with the ammo.

A combat engineer for all sides would be nice 2
he could clear mines,lay mines,built MG nests(like the guy on the back of technical standing behind sandbags),some other traps,tempory bunkers, light AA weapon, a place where tanks , and artillary can hide 2 recevie less damage,and cover(like a bush or a tree to make troops near temporliy camoflaged).

I was playing today aginst Airforce gens for fun today and I recognized sth!
The Rocket infantry of airforce double fired, they fired two missiles, a longer dart like one and a shorter "fatter" missile.

the katyusha base defense has long been planned on. It was one of the first heavy defenses I thaught of because its was so obviously perfect for Asasult Gen.

I don't know about the heavy machine gun infantry. I agree it would be cool, but the question of "how cool" has to be wiehged agaisnt the development time. Its the type of thing if I had a model for I would certainly use it, but I wouldn't ask Rosco to moddel it because if he doesn't feel its worth the extra trouble. Aside from that though, a base defense with machine gunners like the ones on the back of the maurader can be done.

will it be something like the combat engineer from project raptor, where it can build automated base defense, like a small mini gun or a small rocket laucher turret ?
