Btw i got some questions about the last update for IN\IG. Support weapons will be used by infantry teams or will be used in fixed emplacements as now in Eaw, maybe with two gunners ?

In 40k, the ships are built in space, floating about as the different parts are added slowly. Not indoors as it seems pointless to construct a structure to house the vessel as it's being made. There's not even a requirement for cranes due to the 'lack of gravity'...
Go look at the Kuat space map... see the floating star destroyers... think along them lines

Unless you planned to construct inside the atmosphere, which would be impractical and pointless for a space station XD

In skirmishes, you get new ships hyperspaced in, again implying that they are merely ordered.
This idea is of course far more realistic than constructing an actual factory on the front lines of combat a la command and conquer, which is rediculous. You get a fixed number of units, pre made elsewhere to engage in a battle with.
So, in ow2, the actual manufacture can be taking place in some un specified location, (for the manufacture of units, as a military commander, is none of your concern) and are delivered to where you "ordered them from" when finished. Space vessels are huge and expensive undertakings, so if they take a long time to manufacture, a LONG time and cost a lot, players will take more care. Plus they'll be far more awesome than the EAW ones
As regards to being able to purchase at different space station levels, well, stations are a sign of level of control over a world. They will also be enormously increased in price. I mean.. come on.. 600$ for a station that is tens of thousands x the size of a person costing a mere 6x the cost of 18 storm troopers... rediculous.
Boats in the modern world cost hundreds of millions of dollars, even several billions in the case of the big aircraft carriers, compared to the training and equipment of a solder that probably sums to a a few thousand $ (prolly more with all the wages and stuff...)
Long story short... a planet with a big huge fuck off station over it is an important planet, and a fooking well defended planet, and thus a planet that is suitable for crewing and loading up a big starship that has just finished manufacture without fear of it being blown to shit by enemies whilst it's still just a big expensive empty shell. (it's not the manufacturing plant's responsibility to provide crew, besides... what do you have planets for? disposable minions of course!)

so basically, will these huge fuck off stations be quite strong to the point where you need alot of ships to take it down? or pussy like the space stations in EaW are?

the ones in EAW, like you said, suck...
It'd make you really think about building a station, rather than slapping one down on every planet.
You know the satellites, the sensor and grav well ones. Well, we could have defence platforms buildable that way which are little more than a platfrom with a load of gunz, cheaper and quicker to build than a station.

that would suck...
but really strong stations which cost alot so you can defend only your most valued planets sound good.
