Yeah I know "East Helper" sounds a bit weird, but it's translation of the elvish word "Romestamo" which could be Pallando's other name. Also, Alatar has a power called "Darkness Slayer" which is the translation of "Morinehtar".

Good looking stuff, maybe you could make Alatars beard color little different. What other abilities Alatar has?

I personally think his beard/hair colours are fine. The istari were described as having the appearance of old men, so white hair seems suitable.

I personally prefer East Helper as the power name, but non Tolkien lorists may prefer something else

I mean in the skin because now it looks too much like Saruman in my opinion. And like zimoo said that they were descriped as old mans but it doesnt mean that they all have to have white beard

Nice sounding powers. And LOD Pallandos powers are at first page.

I have quick question about your mod? Why Blue Wizards are placed to different factions. Why not into same faction as it is because of other wizard why the other came to middle earth in first place. And those powerful elves you mention that Alatar can summon, are they just normal lancers or buffed ones?

Well, I wanted Pallando to be evil because I thought that would make the Blue Wizards a bit different... But thy both could be good or they could be both evil, no one knows for sure... But anyway, Alatar fights for the Elves and Pallando fights for Goblins.
By the way, Elven Cavalry are more powerful than Rivendell Lancers.
