imo, the ultra-1337 high-tech jet bomber doesn't quite fit with the rickety spyplane and gasbag; they're either high tech or not. If so, fast migs. If not, slow bombers.

I want Command & Conquer Destiny to be different from the other mods out there. And for a balanced issue of having superfast MiGs, is that it will almost always get to its target. Unlike Tanya who has to walk right up to the building and Yuri who has to get up there pretty close as well. They can all be killed quite easily. Then when you have Boris, who stands at a great distance and can virtually snipe out buildings. So I'm leaning with calling in 3 to 5 MiGs instead of two superfast ones, because they have a chance of being stopped, but still not as easy to shoot down as only two MiGs. But I still haven't decided at all yet. So please keep on posting.

your going to make each country more unique? are you going to change around units like instead of every soviet country having rhino tanks they have a main battle tank that represents their style e.g Russia has the double barreld heavy tank like from ra1, while, libya is forced to use the older rhino tank versions, and iraq excels in nuclear energy and their main battle tanks are capable of faster movement and have diff voxels to represent this.
what about other units 2?
its kind of odd that libya and iraq's main infantry are conscripts, what if they had diffrent main troops, perhaps some form of rebels or holy warrior, that is half the price on scripts but can be a major pain in the rear because of their numbers.
and as far as country specific units are going, are you going to have a special unit at radar level, battle lab level or what, perhaps even a special unit thats at base level, example(once u build a refinery or war factory they get special infantry or something) like say libya uses terrorism and suprise tactics, perhaps they could get the terrorist at this level, instead of cuba having it. Instead of cuba specializing in underhanded attacks what if they specialize in siege tactics with missile weaponry(cuban missile crisis), they could have a replacement for the v3, since they have an underfunded military they could use the old soviet v2, which doesnt have as long range as the v3 and doesnt pack the same punch but is more capable like it was in ra.
im just saying change and or replacing certian universal units the each side would make each side play and seem more unique.

Anyways, i would like to see some more country specific superweapons. Here are my ideas:
US: Weather Control Device.
UK: Nanobot Missile (Slowly drains health using radiation logic, only works on vehicles and buildings)
France: Laser Cannon/ Ion Cannon
Germany: Chrono Vortex Generator
Russia: Voltagor Amplifier (Creates a HUGE ball of electricity, name stolen from MO)
Iraq: Acid Rain WCD (No lightning, but uses acid instead of rain)
Cuba: Nuclear Missile
Libya: Radilogical Artillery Strike
Yuri: Psychic Dominator

With the Rock Patch it is possible to add new super weapons but they are clones I believe.I think that truly additional superweapons are hard code impossible except perhaps for the Rock Patch.
Even then, I'm not sure.
US= some form of a ICBMUS: Weather Control Device.
UK: Nanobot Missile (Slowly drains health using radiation logic, only works on vehicles and buildings)
France: Laser Cannon / Ion Cannon
Germany: Chrono Vortex Generator
Russia: Voltagor Amplifier (Creates a HUGE ball of electricity, name stolen from MO)

UK= Prism Cannon / Ion Cannon / Laser Cannon
France= GGI reinforcements or perhaps some artillery strike
Germany= some type of Chrono weapon
Russia = I don't know, perhaps maybe some tesla weapon, but I don't know
Iraq = myaybe a small nuclear strike
Libya = may be reinforcements of something quite unique that I don't wanna say yet
Yuri = will have the Psychic Dominator but his other sectors of PsiCorps will not all have the same primary super weapons

France: A huge artillery cannon (supergun) that uses the FireSW logic
Germany: Temporeral Time Slowdown. Stops all units in target area from doing anything. (PsyDom clone with EMP)

This means you can have a superweapon that has a "miss" factor, uses time to travel, has traceable projectiles, is player owned, is tied to a building, etc.
I suggest you use this for a huge cannon for France.

Or to balence the game, don't have them blow up!
This is a random Idea that you can use to either:
Anger ur online opponent and not make his/her rank go up
not have ur units be used against u via mindcontrol
Just cuz u like to see ur units die cuz ur noobish opponent (or AI) is turtling (building heavy defences) and u r waiting for some units to get built and have a lot of cash! LOL
