...The Journey doesn't end here; death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass. And then you see it. White shores...and beyond. A far green country, under a swift sunrise...
...Many folk like to know beforehand what is to be set on the table; but those who have laboured to prepare the feast like to keep their secret; for wonder makes the words of praise louder...
...Stand, Men of the West! Stand and wait! This is the hour of doom... ~ Gandalf the White, The Return of the King

If you mean it like I think, then I'll tell you something... We all have our personal choice, and as you can see in the army of Gondor, you can see that they aren't all alike... There are archers of Morthond, Axemen of Lossarnarch, ect... I know that they are only fiefdoms of Gondor, but yeah...
And I'm sure that South Rhun and Rhun would have some differences...
For one thing, I don't think that South Rhun would've had Khamul, a Nazgul, but it's possible they have Lieutenats to go with the army though...
For the units, there' Easterling Warriors, Archers, Wainriders and Soldiers of Rhun... For South Rhun, I don't know what could be different, but there could be visual differences, small, but some Like, maybe they are better dressed for warmer weather, or something. I don't know
Still, atleast they wouldn't be COMPLETELY identical...

Bear in mind that the RA staff have yet to release any specific information regarding the Lothlorien mini-faction of Rohan.
For all we know, those "identical" mini-factions may have different mini-faction bonuses or powers, as well as subtle dissimilarities in their unit designs as stated by Lauri.

And Rohan having Lorien is 'cooler' than just more men of Rohan
Also, I would assume, Lothlorien for Rohan would only have Galadhrim and Haldir, wearing his armour... While Mirkwood also get's Celeborn, and two(?) other units
As Haldir isn't such a huge hero, I don't think it's too big a deal with "identical heroes"

You can' be Rohan and Mirkwood at the same time, can you?
Noo....
If your Mirkwood and Mirkwood ally, then there are two haldirs possibly...
So it doesn't matter if your Rohan and have a Mirkwood ally...
Personally, I don't see any problems at all with it...
Besides... Aragorn is on Gondor, most precise Dunedain
