I dont no if they are stupid even though i never played the card game. The card company did have access to all the armor and weapons from the film so they could create a card from anyone that wasnt in the movie, like Halbarad, my avatar

well, the lightsabers are infact the best way to see the forge blades in effect...

That's true, however you can't help thinking that those swords are cheap rip-offs of Sting. Maybe make them dull without Forged Blades and make them sparkle with it. Like, the odd glint every now and then. For Mirkwood it will be pretty easy to have visible differences: make the 'unforged' ones silver or grey, then obviously make them white when forged. :p

That's a good posibility Olorin, it's pretty similar to my previous suggestion of forged blades; in which you start of with a blade with dark metallic texture; and when upgraded; the blade becomes a shiny silvery metal.

Sorry Uruk King, but still I'm new here I don't know much when it comes to this mod. But in hindsight those were some dumb ideas. And I have tried registering but every time it says you should get an email in 10 minutes it never comes even after an hour

I acknowledge that it's the best way to tell, but still it looks so goddamn retarded and cheap. Anyway, end of that discussion.

You know how Mordor orcs cost nil recourses in the Original game, well are you say going to change the cost of the orcs from 0 to 100 recourses? If so you might as well make them only slightly stronger; like say increase their health from 50 to 70, making them only just weaker than peasants.

The balance problem with orcs is more the sheer unholy amount of stacking leadership mordor gets late-game with a lot of Nazgul.

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

This Mod, the Rhovanion Alliance, is about adding 4 additional factions to the game and revising the other 4 original factions, things like Angband and Morgoth won't be found here. but if you are interested in the First Age, then have a look at this website:

The Four Ages

However The Four Ages is a mod for BFME II, still I hope you find this link usefull but I'm afraid things from the First Age won't be in this Mod.

I like the orcs being free. If you want to spam orcs, ill spam calvary and destroy them ;)

to haldir- you may also want to try The Wars of Arda, but this is only for Rise of the Witch-king :(

as nice as it could be a late mini, an early mini and a mid mini, I doubt they could get that working well....

Gondor:
Ithillien = Mid-Late
Dol Amroth = Late
North Rangers thingy = Mid-late

Mirkwood:
Rivendell = Late
Lorien = Late
Beorings = Late

Mordor:
Rhun = Late
Dol Guldor = Mid
Minas Morgul = Mid-Late

so, my point is.... they can't, or atleast shouldn't, make one of each... also, with the special things these buildings do, their cost should increase, so that would move them more to late game anyways....

You know Lauri, when you put down this guide to the minifactions; you know like when a minifaction comes into the game, I agree with you for the most part, but you only put down the factions that are already on the webpage, so I thought I could complete it with the other remaining factions, based my opinion in which they may come in and on educated guesses.

Gondor:
Ithillien = Mid
Dol Amroth = Late
the Dunedain = Mid-late

Mirkwood:
Rivendell = Late
Lorien = Mid-Late
Beornings = Mid

Mordor:
Rhun = Mid-late
Dol Guldor = Early-Mid
Minas Morgul = Late

Erebor:
Ered Luin = Early-Mid
Iron Hills = Mid-Late
Great Shelf = Late

Dale:
Celduin = Early-Mid
Dorwinion = Mid
Esgaroth = Late

Isengard:
Dunland = Early
Moria = Early-Mid
Gundabad = Mid

Rohan:
Westmark = Mid
Lorien = Mid-Late
Fangorn = Late

Harad:
Khand = Early
Far Harad = Mid
Umbar = Late

couldn't agree more on that list :D and Harad looks like the luckiest faction here, while Isengard has only to mid... but still, Isen's uruks are probably their best units :)

then again, we're all guessing ;)

Educated guesses on which mini-factions will be used at certain times (early-, mid-, or late-game) during the game by their respective faction. :p It looks quite accurate, at least from what we know.

suggestions for the proper use for Minifactions :evgr:

Like, Harad.... you would gain on buying the forces of Khand first, and later in the game, Far Haradric soliders.... in the late game, before your final assault, or final stand, Umbar soliders.... although, if it's really your last stand, your probably to poor to buy Umbars, or more likely, you've lost all mini's to the enemy :omg:

QUICKY: screw you Olorin :p

I have a question. Is the trebuchet of Gondor [on the wall] going to be on the wall or on a platform like BfME1 :p
