About the Half-Trolls of Far Harad, how many haf-trolls should some in a batallion? Should it be a heavy unit with only a few smallish trolls in a batallion? should it be a single very powerful and large beserker unit? Or a large siege unit like an Olog-Hai?

half-trolls arent that special that all of you think IMO. yeh they should be bigger and stronger than most of "normal" men but they shouldnt be as strong as troll. it is just missinterpreatition of Tolkien's words...he didnt mean anything special by calling them half-trolls. these words only refer to their height.

I disagree. For some reason i would find it hard for half trolls to function as a group. Just look at bfme 2. Spiderlings acting out as a battalion? Thats just stupid. In this case i think its somewhat the same.

^^Good point, but there is some chance that they would be an elite group. Either way I'd probably go with berserker.

A big berserker unit. Bigger than an Isengard berserker, with a huge weapon.

BTW, you know in the original game, Uruk Berserkers could only kill one unit at a time, will berserker units able to kill clumped units?

They can kill more than one. Off the top of my head they kill 3 peasants in 1 hit (and peasants aren't exactly clumped).

Maybe insted of doing area damage, the halftrolls can knockdown enemies with 25-50% chance? I mean if rangers can do it, why cant these troll breed men do it too?
