It sounds like a good idea, and a feasable one too. Making the Harad faction even more challenging.
I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

It wouldn't really effect the main faction.

Maybe insted of doing area damage, the halftrolls can knockdown enemies with 25-50% chance? I mean if rangers can do it, why cant these troll breed men do it too?

Rangers with knock-back was just plain stupid, as stupid as Boromir with the insane knock-back, in my opinion (sorry if anyone disagrees, that's just what I think). But Half-Trolls being able to do it is *quotes Uruk King* a very feasible idea.

Speaking of boromir, in the campaign we couldnt compete in kills. Even some hobbits had more kills than him. Is there an effort to make him attack faster or with more range because everyone keeps stealing his kills.

That's probably low priority at the moment. His attack rate could certainly be increased, though.

Yeah I noticed that. All the other non-hobbit heroes have abilities which allows them to take down multiple enemies in one hit, and poor old Boromir is left there slowly bringing down a horde one by one :thumbsupsmiley:

In that case it must be fixed! No hobbit will surpass the might of Gondor! :thumbsupsmiley:

Oh yes, about that....I cannot find anything more to say about them. Maybe they should have a spell that boosts their speed by 50%? for 10-20 secs so they can rush to the battlefield more quickly, or to track down retreating enemy.

In this monumental mod you're making, will the walls still be present around the castles? 'Cos if so, I think the corsairs should have a grapple hook ability to climb up walls. Like in Stronghold 2 the assassins throw a grapple up then climb up. Each corsair should do that, and jump off the wall after wards to get down. That would make them a early/mid game unit harrasing unit.

lol, good idea, that would be cool  stronghold 2 is a good game, as well

Harad, a land of desert guys and assasins  I personaly think it would be a good faction, half-trolls? what the hell are half-trolls doing in harad, they have them for the goblins in BFME2 and BFME2: ROTWK (rise of the witch king, as you probably all know) they would kind of be cool for harad, you know, mumaks and stuff, but its strange :p A berserker rage is a good ability, I think the they should definatly have the assasin guys, (hashar or whatever) as a hero, they are in warhammer and cool.

anyways, I AM DEFINANTLY GOING TO HAVE FUN RIPING APART HARAD ARMIES WITH MY LEGIONS OF ELVES, THIS IS THE COOLEST MOD EVER!!!! :)

sorry its so long

To clarify about the half-trolls (again), in the book, there were men at pellenor from harad described as being like half-trolls, not being some kind of troll-men breed thing. So, basically, they will be large, dark skinned tough dudes.

This point has been established, but you said that half-trolls at pelennor were described as being half-trolls. Your saying the half-troll is like a half troll but isnt a half-troll, yet the name is also half-troll.
