ok...why are ravens such a good idea

- erebor units are slow, most likely slowest infantry ingame ( ok, just to make sure that no one will speak about that NO DWARVEN CAVALRY OR CHARIOTS in RA ) so you need some kind of quick scout
- you cant count with eagles cause not all maps will have minifaction plots
- ravens have been conected with dwarves. Tolkien shows this nicely in Hobbit
- they cannot attack it is purely scout unit

still see anything wrong with them?

Why are dwarves slow? It is said they could move very swiftly when they needed to. Look how quickly Dain and his army got to Erebor...

Playing games? Ah, you'll never be a good modder if you get involved in actually playing them!

not all of them but most of them wore the heaviest armor. also they are smaller so they wouldnt be as quick as men. take a look at Gimli he has quite some armor on him and he wasnt going to war so i would expect that dwarven armor should be really heavy.

about that quick march to erebor...sure that it will be implemented :xcahik_:

Maybe that could be a power like "Haste of War" that increases speed by 20percent or so

*edit: removed typo ;)

that sounds pretty logical.. just 1 question: you mean as a hero power, or as a spellbook power? I'd say hero power, but if you could include a speed bonus in warchant or something, it would be cool too.

I'd prefer it to be a Spell Book power, something to add to their uniqueness. All units within the casting area gain 20% speed, or something around that figure.

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

I think he might be sick, yeah. Either that or a very big typo, or a sick joke. ;)

You know the only hero I've never really attempted to figure out, (mind you he's probably the leat acurate one, but i'll give him a go anyway) is Thranduil I'm gonna give him a shot.

*lvl 1) Leadership
*lvl 1) Taudrim Escort (a unit of six taurdrim defend him)
*lvl 3) Master of nature (Converts a surface area into forest, which hinders enemy movement)
*lvl 5) Lull monster to sleep (this is the least likely one, but on his render you can see a rather blurry icon with Zs)
*lvl 7) Cleansing of Mirkwood (Friendly structures and units are healed)

Like I said it's probably what the modders don't have in mind for the most part but it was the best I could think of.

I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

I get the feeling that the Taudrim escort get built with him at level 1.
