i have some idea ,maybe can some be used (sorry i learn just 1 age english)
basic: get more hp to units heros, when those level up
men: ithilian rangers and dunedains can change weapon
eomer can change weapon (arrow)
elves: sam give 2x damage to shelob,spiders
mirkwood swordmen
drawens:
new hero king of dale powers:1 leadership , weapon change
3 archer traning
6 dragon slayer shot ( get very big damage to dragons and monsters) 10 army of dale (summon 2 men of dale swordmen 2 men of dale archer)
mordor: new unit royal mumak with CE mumak skin(black white) from mumakil pen 2 level
when nazguls die the killer poisioned or cripled
attack troll available from a level 3 troll cage
attack troll give more damage to swordmen and archer
isangard: ring hero: saruman
armor upgraded uruks has metal color armor
goblins: moria menace elite unit has two shields and two knife

drogoth start level1
ring hero: barlog or drogoth
drogoth ring hero: 1,5x health and damage ,powers recharge 2x faster
new power:lord of the fire (animation is drogoth die explosion) destroy all unit in arena and get very big damage to buildings

If we download some tracks of The Third Age (some are 6 min!) for example, we can easily double the amount of music we have right now!
@ LOTRguy: but how would be determined when or what a special event is?
Edit: is it also possible to make the fire stones from catapults brighter and with a longer fire tail? The Deezire mod for TBFME I had that, and it was really cool!
Let's say that your men and your enemy is Mordor and your based at minas tirith you let you units out of the City and attack the enemy base but then you are losing and you retreat back to the gate then it plays the theme.

I like some of those suggestions... Like the unit killing a Nazgul getting poisoned. But that should only be for melee units though.

Hey, why don't you make an icon for the shortcut, it would somewhat complete this awesome mod. If you don't have the extension to save them as a .ico I think it is, download this addition for Photoshop: http://22pixels.com/flock.php

Did you know Lorien Warriors were in the game before you gave them to the Elven Faction, and they had their own picture and everything? It's true. Just start up any normal game as Good in Minas Tirith, click on the Inn, and ta-dah! There they are, looking just like you've got them looking in the mod, Fire Arrows and all.
EDIT: I've only done Minas Tirith as MotW, so it may or may not be the same for other Good Factions.

btw, perhaps the lorien archer should use the Helm's Deep Elf firing animation. Less twitchy.

Some of the new introducted units are hard to select, you need to aim for their feet. Annoying in the heat of battle. (dunno if this has been done already yet.)

The memory of really bad versions of good units are stuck in my memory. I can't imagine them good. And, to be honest, the skin isn't my favorite.
