As I already said, I would also post my thoughts about the dwarves, it ain't as much as the goblins though...

The dwarves are very strong infanterie units, they have strong structures aswell, they don't need the cavalerie as that ain't their thingie...

What I want to see more within this faction!
Dwarves are the creators of the strongest weapons and fortresses
We need more Elite Units than just 2 pairs of berserkers...
How about 'Berserker Cry' for dwarves: Baruk Khazâd! Khazâd ai-mênu!"

Beside that, I want to see more Hero units for the dwarves, perhaps a certain Rhino as hero...
There are plenty of possibilities for dwarven Heroes...
Just check the different types of Dwarves... Longbeards from Khazad dum(moria)
& firebeards for example and broadbeams... Azaghâl per chance?

I also missed the presence of great dwarven maps(mines), Erebor is only there for 2..

He died in that battle, can't remember the name, where Hurin was captured and Gondolin showed up out of nowhere and that Ulfand was fighting for Morgoth, right?
The race of Men is failing, the blood of Númenor is all but spent – its pride and dignity forgotten… It is because of Men the Ring survives.

The Battle of Unnumbered Tears, yes. So he's been dead longer than anyone in the mod right now (except Sauron and Galadriel).

And?
What if he died?

The dwarven faction got too few heroes...
Better to have a 'death' dwarf to solve that than a not existing one

The only 'dead' dwarf we could always have is Durin the Deathless. ;)
I wouldn't know how to rationalize his inclusion though. If he were ever to make an appearance in the War of the Ring, it would be noted (and isn't in neither the movie nor the books).

Seeing as his only real 'noteworthy' act was shanking Glaurang and giving Turin the idea of how to kill him, I don't think he's that important anyway. Epic, a true Dwarven legend, but not needed to be zombified and brought back to the Third Age of the Sun ;)

Besides, his tomb (He was the Lord of Belegost, and was most likely buried there) may have been destroyed during the War of Wrath. No body, no nothing. ;)

Personally I still think that Radagast would be the best bet for a Dwarf wizard-hero... snag him that teleport ability and 'turn enemy into cows' thing and we'd have a grand old CANNON Wizard unit for the Dwarves.

Course, nobody wants to hear that suggestion since I've been ranting 'bout it since I joined ^^ (can ya tell I'm a Radagast fan? :p )

The Dark is patient...

The Dark is generous...

And it always wins...

But in the heart of its power lies weakness...

It takes but a single candle to hold it back...

Love is more then a candle...

Love can ignite the stars.

Yes, Radagast is a perfectly canon hero for the dwarves. :p

It would be good to have peasants for Dwarves cause I think Dwarves have strongest units so they need to have some less powered.

Beorn;

* Rank 1: Transform. Switch between a man and a bear
* Rank 3: Rage of the Mountain. Like Aragorn's Elendil. Only avaiable in Bear Mode
* Rank 8: Stomp. Causes knockback and damage to enemies
* Rank 10: (Needs a good name). Gives nearby goblins a debuff

this units sounds cool to be implemented, take it from here

Is Beorn the guy from the Hobbit? I like your ideas too especially the transformation one. Perhaps also mount/dismount. (If he's the guy I'm thinking of he has a pony  )

Those kind of heroes are a cool idea, however when it comes to a lack of actual Dwarves being used, you can always use an old name and add a I or II behind it. It seems to me that people in Middle Earth like to reuse old names. (Aragorn was actually the second of third king with that name, and there have been something like five Durins) However, their specialty is indomidable infantry and they don't focus on cavalry or heroes. For the sake of game balance, I would suggest not adding very many dwarf heroes. The ones that are slated to be added already strike me as enough.
