Uruks could have passive skill, which makes them most effective when they attack, and when they retreat or are attacked from back, they could take tonns of more damage

around xxx pages back, I already suggested this, and even more similar stuff - no reall respond to that from anyone :shiftee:
"Let this scar signify the first blow against the mortal world."
"From this seal shall arise the doom of men,"
"who, in their arrogance, sought to wield our fire as their own."
"Blindly they build their kingdoms upon stolen knowledge and conceit."
"Now they shall be consumed by the very flame they sought to control."
"Let the echoes of doom resound across this wretched world, that all who live may hear them and despair."

"Tremble, mortals, and despair! Doom has come to this world!"

I don't know if this has been discussed already, but I thought of something for the Dunlendings.

I was reading the chapter about the Battles of the Fords of Isen, and it mentioned that the Dunlenings rode horses, so I was thinking a Dunlending cavalry unit could be added.

Interesting.. But in the end, I don't think that Dunlending riders will do much for Isengard except maybe just crowd it more. And with Warg Riders as being a part of Isengard, I don't see how these guys would have a different purpose. Besides, it would slightly shift Isengard to a new focus and (n my opinion) Isengard is already at a good focus so far.

That made more sense in my head...

I can't help but agree there, to add another cav unit to Isen would be fairly pointless, plus wargs are the coolest ever! The look and feel of Isengard is good right now, I can't see how adding a cav unit can add to it, in my opinion it might detract a bit from their originality.

In that same chapter it says that these horsemen rode alongside the wolf-riders of Isengard; maybe the Warg Riders horde found ingame could be changed to have the individuals both Dunlending horsemen and Warg Riders? By that I mean it would randomize between the two.

thats a better idea i think mike. i think isengard is the most complete faction and i cant see how adding another cavalry unit would benefit isengard at all.

I see your points, but I don't like the idea of combining the hordes. Just because they worked together, doesn't meant they have to be the same horde. Perhaps you could combine the two for elite cavalry, after buying them separately?

That could work. I just want to see the Dunlendings represented more than how they are atm.

I am a huge proponent of realism, lore, and visuals, but in this instance I think that it is unnecessary work. Plus the average public would think it weird. It draws on one small section of the book. People's visual idea of Middle Earth is set by the movie, and the Dunlanders as they are now are like the movie. So in this rare instance I am going against this lore accurate suggestion.

This is just purely visual since I mainly focus in that department, but I wished that we have more randomization in the uruk-hai's helmets. It'd be great if we could have a mix of the regular helm we have right now then the O O helmet (basically the standard uruk hai helmet but instead of a --- for vision it has two round holes, like the berserker helm) , and unhelmeted versions in a horde, it'd make it look more diverse.

Did my terribad jumbled engrish make sense?

I don't think that would look that good. B/c the Uruk-hai are supposed to be like a machine. They have no individuality. No purpose but war. The total unity is intimidating.

Well, they were like that in the movies and still managed to ruin the nap-time tranquility of an entire generation of movie-goers.

Wait I am little confused. In the movie only certain types of Uruk-hai had any other helmet.
