And what about the harad spearmen. You can get alot of those little pests fast for cheap and they can get op if you use just them.

Are you going to keep the Young Dragon for evil men faction? Because they weren't that great. maybe make them faster or more defense or something. Thanks.

2. If they were added as an Inn faction, it would risk the Inn faction looking like "here are the units/factions that couldn't make it but here they are anyways". In other words, it would crowd the Inn.

That would depend on how many units will be in a Khand inn faction. They could be like backup for MotE like South Fiefdoms is for Gondor. Besides, more inn factions are planned iirc.
