@ Lord of Mordor
To rank the Orc's, as Naz told the rankings to me:

Gorgoroth orcs
Morgul orcs
Morannon orcs
Black Uruks

If that's what you meant?

Gorgoroth orcs: "Normal" orcs that roam the land of Mordor. Comes as Melee units with various weapons, as Pikemen or as Archers...

Morgul orcs: Slightly better trained under the direct command of Gothmog. Can use Heavy Armor and Forged Blades...

Morannon orcs: Melee and Archer units. Tougher and specially selected orcs with a somewhat larger physique, hand picked to guard the Black Gate of Morannon. Higly trained and stronger than the average Gorgoroth orc. The Archers have better accuracy than the Gorgoroth archers. Damage-wise the melee units are between unupgraded and upgraded Morgul Orcs. All Morannon Orcs can sustain more damage then other orcs. They will also have some kind of special ability that we are discussing atm... =p

Black Uruks: The elite unit of Mordor. Sauron's special breed. Some say the Black Uruks are part Wargs in blood, but noone knows for sure. They have no special abilities other than being very large, strong and ferocious! Excellent for fighting Heroes!

Another update...

Hopefully Sûl will find the energy to put these babys in too, for Beta 4.5... It's the long awaited Dwarven Miners, that are supposed to act like "Peasants" for Dwarven faction - spawned fast from mines, just like peasants are spawned from farms, fast and at low cost, but weaker off course. Great for quick simple defence of the base. They'll fight with Shovels and PickAxes =)

Requirements should be the Mithril Mine (great workers cost u know, hehe)...

Model: EA
Binding/Rigging: TheDeadPlayer (Warrior/Guardian animations)
Skin: Nazgûl

Posted Image

And oh yeah: all "spam/defence" units/hordes will be limited in horde numbers, just like Elite. I'd say we could have a maximum of 4 Miner hordes. That should be adequate =)

Well, I think, this Mod will be perfect :p

Do you mean with ""Peasants" for Dwarven faction", that they can repair Buildings? :xcahik_:

BTW those sweeties have full set of animations with attack etc etc...Would be more unique than Guardians anims and they have couple of working anims if you want them to repaire buildings like Rohan peasants.

Peasants can't repair buildings. Porters can. :)

And yeah, i'll put them in, alongside the other new units like the BlackGate Orcs. But first (if first is possible) we'll see how to integrate the new walls for Mordor, hehe. That's gonna be fun. Hopefully i'll get the WallAI running by that time. ;)

Uhm, that all depends on what bone they are binded too, and these are binded to the Guardian bones, so they will have guardian anims... What anims are you refering to? Did EA give separate anims for these guys?

@Sûl: Great :D I haven't got the Mordor Walls from Rob yet though, cause he said he wanted to make some final adjustment. But I think we might get them pretty soon though =) And oh yeah, the gate is still not animated cause he used the smaller gate, so we'll have to live with the slightly weird gate anims a while longer. But that's ok, since we still get 100% perfect walls with all upgrades anyways :)

Hehe np. Well the Peasants initially could repair in SEE, but we decided that the porters was more suited for that. So when I say "like peasants" I simple mean that they are cheap, fast to recruit and intended for emergency defence mostly =)

They are most likely going to be the strongest of these kinds of units in SEE though :)

Yea, cant now remember the names but I'll check it later on. They have full set of fully working anims. Not so many different variations on idle if I remember correctly but they are cool.

It's "eudwarfmin". I checked them just now, and they are much less than the guardian anims, and they have the same attack anim. Only one though, and the guardians have several, so we're gonna stick to that binding =)

i like the dwarven miners pic. I cant believe EA didn't even include them in the game while there in the trailer. Anyway i think it would be good if they pillage when attacking enemy recource buildings. I mean they are miners.

You mean like Dunlendings.... hmm... maybe, but I think I might prefer them to have a Sabotage Skill, to make them unique. Let's say a timed power for lvl 5 that can make them demolish a normal structure in seconds... Sort of like a DejaVu from the unmodded game! :D

YES, NAZ! I completely agree with that idea, but could you make that a Dunlending power instead? Because when I'm Isengard I usually don't even bother with Dunlendings, mainly because they're weak (compared to all other isengard infantry), and I usually don't even need resources, since isengard has the industry power. So I really would like dunlendings to have that skill to take down buildings quickly (at least farms, since it would make more sense, actually, is it possible just make it be farms? Wouldn't be quite a balance issue). I would put this suggestion in Isengard's thread, but I'd prefer puting it right next to yours.
