maybe call Evil Men Rhun?since Rhun was a major part of Middle Earth?
What is the motherland, when you know you weren't born of land?

The point of having a faction's name the same as a realm or city, is, well... it's cooler IMO :shiftee:
Having the major part of the faction from one place is good enough to call it that :p

If it would be Dwarves, Men of the West, Elves and Goblins, we could have just had Evil Men, Orcs and Uruks...
But no, Dwarves have men, Men of the West have wizards, Elves has... horses, Goblins has giants and spiders (as you said yourself), Evil Men have mumakils, Orcs have uruks and ringwraiths and trolls and ect, Uruks have wizards and wormtounges...
See my point?

Dwarves are dwarves, yes they could have had that name... Elves could have had the name too.. But they are dull, aren't they? :shiftee:
But Men of the West is wrong, as there are many more men in the West than Rohan and Gondor :p Since the main faction is Gondor, it's better off as Gondor..
Goblins for Moria is like Orcs for Mordor and Uruks for Isengard... WRONG :shiftee:
Evil Men is a dull name...

edit: oh, and btw, those are my opinions :p Don't know what Nazgûl thinks ;)

I see your point, but I still think at least MotW should stay as it is. Majority may be Gondorian but Rohan plays a huge part in the game. I mean, almost half the buildings and soldiers are Rohan.

Then again, Men of the West seems like a very long name compared to the others ;)
But yeah, Rohan plays a big part of it, but the same goes for Rhun ("Evil Men"), which contains lots of Haradrims :)
So if it's going to be Men of the West, it should be Men of the East aswell, but ehm... I don't like it :xcahik_:

I like Gondor, but that's me ;)

OK, point taken.

Also, could we make it so a mini-hero, Farmer Maggot is recruitable from the Hobbit House. He might need a new model, but if we could arm him with a pitch fork and make him give leadership to nearby hobbits, I think he would a great movie character to include. Of course, he would be a rather weak hero like the other hobbit heroes. I also think that the hobbit heroes shouldn't be recruitable until a Hobbit House is built.

What do you guys think?

What about leadership to nearby resource structures, and his dogs?

Yeah, maybe, he could have a power like Industry. Select the power and then a chosen resource producing structure to temporarily increase its production or something.

Also, about his dogs, we could have them follow him around like the Alpha Wild Warg and its pack in the Moria Faction. That would be so cool!

EDIT: Also, are Pippin and Merry going to be moved to Gondor/Rohan? Because they did play a major part in that faction in the films and also, the elves have a LOT of heroes. (Not to mention the mini-heroes, Gwahair and Treebeard...

Strange, I never thought of Gwahair and Treebeard as being mini

Well, by mini, I normally mean, not recruited from the Fortress. I class every hero which you get from other buildings as a mini... but that's just me... ;)

In fact, in my opinion, we should have the hobbit heroes (Frodo, Sam etc.) recruited from the hobbit house because they are really great heroes (in terms of fighting) themselves. Maybe, the 4 hobbit heroes and Farmer Maggot could be recruited from a level two Hobbit house (if we decided to have levels for it)

Also, I think Pippin and Merry should be moved to Gondor/Rohan.

The trouble with that is that external heroes have to start at level 10, so it's more fun to have most the heroes inside.

So you mean, Farmer Maggot, Treebeard etc. start at lv 10... I didn't know that...

Yeah. Nazgul (i think) wants the heroes to be split up to seperate buildings (Like a golden hall for Rohan heroes, Boromir at Gondor Barracks, etc) but you wouldn't get to level them up. Actually, they could start at level 1, but they'd lose all their experience and levels every time they die. See here for more on that.

I'd never noticed that, thanks for clearing it up! ;)

But, is there no way to fix it?

Hopefully, but it would probably require a very good coder to figure it out.

Hi guys I just have a little suggestion -not really important

I dont know what you think about that but i think the Silverhorn arrows or what they are called look really stupid unrealistic

I would just prefer normal arrows or some which are coloured silver or what else

but these blue shining trails do really suck :p
If you discover any misspellings, you are allowed to keep them!

next time I see an Elf, I will tell them. :p

Its.a.game. haha I think they are cool, IMO. Elves should have their own weapons, not those of men or Dunedain/Numenorians.

Hey BTW welcome to the SEE mod forum and thank you for registering!!!

I agree with your there. In fact, it would be better if each faction had their own weapon upgrade (instead of just Forged blades and Fire Arrows. Goblins could have poison arrows (instead of it being a power) instead of fire arrows.

Hey Colonel of War, what about if the arrows trails were just scaled down a little? I think you can edit the ini and do that? Not sure, maybe ask on here if that is a possibility.
