Will Glorfindel and Gandalf be able to kill a balrog like in the books? I hate how the balrog could kill them in one hit. It makes no sense. They should at least be able to withstand five strikes from the balrog.

Well we still don't know if the Balrog will make an appearance or not outside the campaign, so that may not be an issue.

I thought that the end One Ring power for Isengard was still The Balrog? Or has that been changed?

"Well we still don't know"

i.e. he is in atm, but it's sort of a reluctant choice.

G'day M@tt

Hope all's well on your side of the fence  I have seen on the EA bfme2 forum many many many threads posted in the technical support pages in regards to bfme2 having problems with vista. Will bfme1 and more importantly this mod have any problems with windows vista? I'm hopefully getting a new pc soon and thought I better find out. Apologies if this has been asked numerous times already.
No chance of returning....Zero chance of surviving....Well!? When do we get started?

No a Balrog outside the Campaign?
But at least it would still be in the campaign, as the Uber Power for The Evil Campaign, if that's what you mean

I personally think that RA would do well without the skyline. As it is , after all , an RTS , which is supposed to be played in a "overview"- view :thumbsupsmiley:

As with the other mods, it will be there as an option.

@ ttandc - because of the vast changes in the mod, it is incompatible with the -mod command (so can't go in App Data), so by nature of the way we have it working atm, there should be no problems with Vista.

My computer can't run BFME-II. So I'll never be able to play that one.

I've downloaded all three patches that EA released for BfME, and I was wondering if the mod would work on the game with the patches, or would I have to reinstall the whole thing.

With regard to the patches: will fire arrows be able to drive Mûmakil mad before they die again in RA?
