Isn't that maybe because the program you use makes a difference in Scaling static (walls) and dynamic (mumaks, grond) objects?

How bad is the lag? I usually change my camera angle 43 to reduce lag.

Why not release(spelling?) this map now ; ) ? So we have a fun Minas Thirith map to play. Because in the mod when you play Minas Thirith , the Grond cannot attack because its to big, cant you release(spelling?) it now ? ; )

Well, while it is done appearance wise, Sul still needs to code it for use in skirmish mode and whatnot, so it probably won't be out for a while. Hopefully a good christmas present or something..... :p

Coding maps in takes a matter of minutes, unless your referring to the extra AI thing that he started that thread about.

And I prefer Mapper to Map Editor :p Especially as most mappers do maps from scratch.

Mee too, but NJM don't map from scratch... He's "only" editing maps (at least for SEE) :)
So there's a difference in Mapper and Map Editor :)

yeah... Map Editor sounds silly, and Mapper is the real deal :p A mapper is a guy who works with maps, simple as... Your a mapper if you just add a goat to every map in the game IMO :)

I see nothing silly in "Map Editor"... and I presume that neither does NJM. I don't think you're a Mapper by just adding a goat... By adding a goat you're a Newb and nothing else :p Kind of like that guy who made a thread about "crating" multiple Saurons on one team =p

The way I see it NJM is a perfect example of someone who's really skilled at editing maps, while M@att is a really skilled Mapper (creating maps from scratch). Don't have to be more complicated than that =p

I don't see the point in distinguishing the two. I am sure, doing a map from scratch isn't easy. Otherwise, the work should be pretty similiar. Correct me if i am wrong.

It's very similar.
If you want to create a new map, you have to add the AIs to the map and the players.
All other things are the same like editing an old map (textures, buildings, scripts).

The Grond should be the only thing that can smash the Minas Thirith 1 level gate? And attack trols should be able to smash the 2,3 rd level gates , like the films ? What do you think about that?
