They didn't really own them... Mumakil killed a lot of Rohirrim... But there were Rohirrim that had bows that took down some Mumakil.. But I would say more Rohirrim died than just a few mumakil.. Plus you gotta consider The Army of the dead...

Yes but the mumakil have a advantage in size. Plus rohirrim where dieing cause they ran right into them, only the smart ones ran to the side of them and shot arrows at them. But the army of the dead only killed like 4-5 mumakils once they came plus the one legolas killed.

Rohirrim killed the majority, the AotD only killed some, and Legolas did kill 1. And in the books, the Rohirrim took on everything. The Black Serpent even got killed, and he was on a chariot *I think*. Not to mention that even Gandalf cannot hold off the armies of Mordor alone. If the strongest Istari cannot beat an army that size, what can the 2 weakest Istari and some cult magicians gonna do against the army that basically destroyed Mordor's? Besides, they Eowyn killed the WK. And wasn't he the leader of the Nazguls?
