I agree on Narnia having fast units. and yeah, the gold armor doesn't fit some factions, but Narnia seems to use a lot of red and gold, so I'll give it to them. (but make it more gold-looking)
ah, the Elven Alliance. let us pause for a moment in respect...pause over, moving on.
yes, Telmar didn't have exactly the best leaders. but it does say in the book that the younger Tels were of the same mind as Caspian. It was the older Tels, and especially the ones with high positions, that followed Miraz's example. but that is a lore discussion.
We'll tinker with the upgrades cost as we make the mod. I'll start it out at 150 above normal, and work from there. technically, every faction will have a spammable unit of some sort.
Witch's Brutes it is.
I don't think anyone disagrees that having a grizzly bear knocking on your door is any fun.
Oreius' swords. Dual swords will have a better attack toward infantry, hags, and anything else that walks. His greatsword will be better toward cavalry, heroes, and monsters. little swords for little stuff, big sword for big stuff.
if everything else besides the above is already decided and satisfactory, i will release the new version of the tech trees.
Mind and Body are of different matter. The Younger Telmarines may have mind similar to Caspian, but only to survive they need to act similar to Miraz.
Narnian armor, make primarily red please! They seem to have thier armor more red than gold. Plus, I HATE THAT GOLDEN ARMOR!!! HATE IT!!!
As for Spammable units, that doesn't fit with the position of Narnia and Caspian. They have a very limited number of men and cant afford to spam anything. Look at Gondor and Rohan? They don't have spammable units. (really. They don't. The Definition of spam is a unit designed for one purpose only, and that is to distract and buy time. The Witch can afford a spammable unit, since she has such a massive army. Miraz and his leadership style could Justify spam for the Telmarines, but the situation of the Narnians of both factions simply doesn't justify spam. Think if you were a leader in Peter's or Caspian's boots. Would you send out all sorts of your very limited men just to distract the enemy army? Not likely, unless you are as sadistic and self centered as Miraz, which I highly doubt.
To RING OF FATE (there, i got it right) Im sorry. My mind was wandering when I wrote the last message. I'll try not to do it again. I don't carry hard feelings by the way.
