Even more pics! descriptions below. credit for the skins and the centaur's running animation go to Flameguard.

additionally, I want to announce that the name of this mod is being changed. For now, it is the Battle For Narnia Expansion mod (thus, in short, the BFNE mod).
I would gladly like to hear any suggestions, though! :thumbsupsmiley: Seriously. :)

Picture #:
1. bears, which will be Caspian's siege unit. notice the standing bear and the color variations.

Posted Image

2. some centaurs descend on a chest of treasure. these will be in both Narnia and Caspian

Posted Image

3. cheetahs. notice the color variations. these will be in Narnia in the Big Cats horde

Posted Image

4. the first type of dog.

Posted Image

5. the second type of dog. both dogs will be in the Beast Horde of Narnia

Posted Image

6. an elephant shows off his mighty tusks. I never had plans for an elephant, but i dont know now....

Posted Image

7. a broadside shot of the elephant

Posted Image

8. foxes. notice the color variation. these guys will probably end up as the banner carrier for the Beast Horde of Narnia

Posted Image

9. black panthers. they will join the cheetahs in the Big Cats horde

Posted Image

10. tigers. notice the color variation. they comprise the elite cavalry horde of the Witch

Posted Image

11. unicorn. later on, Peter will be able to mount him.

Posted Image

12. wolves. the Witch's sneaky secret police will serve as lighter cavalry.

Posted Image

13. oops. forgot this one! color variations of the mighty elephant.

well, i have gone a step further and added ranks to all the units. The only ones with proper banner carriers are the Telmarines, though. Nonetheless, here's some pics!

(moan)

I am so far behind...

I'm sorry I have been out of action. I was almost killed by a drunk driver who apparently thought it would be amusing to run me over. I broke both of my legs, three ribs, and got hit on the head so hard that I spent two days in a coma. Now, aside from a nasty scar across my chest, I'm fully recovered. I'm just grateful that I wasn't killed.

On a completely more upbeat note, I am THRILLED with the progress of this mod. I cannot wait to try it out for myself! I will return to modding shortly. Jeth, if you could send me a list of what you need still, I will do my best to supply it. I may be a bit slow on work at the moment, because my hideously pitiless teachers have given me a MOUNTAIN of missed work to do.

Kudos to you who did so much for this mod.

You're alive! Hallelujah! Amen! ;) I admit, I had been worried about you all this time! Sorry if this sounds rude, but that explains why you haven't been on. :crazed: I'm glad to know that you are okay now, Folca!

As for that list, well, it hasn't changed. I still need everything that isn't in a picture I've put up. Honestly though, is now a good time for you? Don't feel pressured to get right back to work on this mod. If schoolwork is still over your head, clear some of it off. Of course, if you're wanting to mod just to get your mind OFF of schoolwork, then I will gladly oblige! :xcahik_:

If you don't know, I've just applied for hosting for the mod, and here I am having just told Rob38 that I'm lacking in the modeling department! :crazed: Never mind, Rob, I think I'm good now!

Again, Thank God!

What about that drunk driver?! Did you sue him?! I would have hunted that guy down till he either died or paid up!! :crazed: But seriously, nice to know that you are alive, and that you are back.

Thank you all for welcoming me back.

To Rob, according to passerby, that was no accident. He turned straight toward me and hit me. Nevertheless, you are definately right. I don't remember much of what happened, all I remember is a bright white light, an extremely sharp pain, and then I woke up in the hospital two days later.

To Ring, the driver is dead. He drove off an overpass while police were chasing him and landed upside down in a dry riverbed, and died en route to the hospital. He had a BAL of 0.23%, and was driving with a stolen driver's license. I found out from my mother the other day that the car was stolen, too.

And now, to Jeth, Once I've caught up on my chemistry, i will want to get back to modding. Most of my teachers have now excused me from the first two weeks of work, since my mother threw a fit when they refused at first. She threatened to sue the school, bring the state against them, and notify federal authorities. They have had 8 lawsuits against the school already this year, so they just let me off most of it. I am still wanting to mod.

That's great to know! You mentioned earlier that you were working on Peter, well I already have a unicorn. I'll PM that to you. Let's do a push on the buildings for the Narnia faction. Take the citadels, for example. For the castle and camp, I thought of using Aslan's tent from the Narnian camp in LWW (Lion, Witch, Wardrobe). For the outpost, I don't know. Maybe we can continue to use Aslan's tent. I would like to hear your opinions on it.

I think you should use Aslan's tent for outposts and camps, and a more castle like one for the castle, like the castle from Narnia (I don't know how to spell it.)

I'll keep my eye on this mod. It looks interesting.

BTW, do you have any plans to add Calorman to this mod in the future?

I might be willing to help you with 2d art, like buttons and Palantir images.
Greetings, community.

Are there planning for those trees and griffins that we have seen in the movies?

Also, an idea for camapaing I haven't thought about the missions but here comes the main idea:

It has three separate parts:
First part is from the first movie/book, you play with Narnians against white witch troops

Second part is between two books/movies: You play with telmarines and conquer Narnia

Third and the last part: you Play with Caspian and try to Return the peace between narnians and telmarians like in the book/movie Prince Caspian

Fan of mods:
RJ-ROWTK, Massive Middle-earth, Elven Alliance,
Battles of Narnia, Lone Wolf, Rhovanion Alliance,
Age of the Firstborn, The Fourth Age, Battles of Gondor,
Note: Mods are not "how much I like them" order

Calormene: distant future. but I like them a lot, so rest assured they'll make it in! :evgr:

Campaign: very distant future! but thanks for the ideas!

trees and gryphons are in the mod, check out the tech trees! :evgr:

I'm not currently messing with 2d art for the mod, but when I do, you're the man. :evgr: You'll get full credit for all work done.

The Griffins were invented for the movies, right? So it doesn't matter how they're spells in game.

Unfortunately it isn't that big, but this might be usefull for quick info.

According to the page on the First Battle of Beruna (and it says it was invented for the movie,) archers were for the Narnians were Red Dwarfs.

Also, if you do griffin's they could have a toggle rock throw (or more like drop,) ability.
