same problem with me. how about a "traitor" power for Sopespian. click it, and Sop sticks an arrow in the target, dealing damage?

Congrats, Mike! :crazed: you have made the 100th post to this thread!

I've...put thought to it, yes. But nothing really stands out for them.

I've got one for Miraz, "Respite", it replenishes 25-50 % of his health. Whichever you prefer. Also, as an idea for Sopespian (if you put him in the mod), you could give him some coercing powers, sort of like Saruman or Wormtongue, also a "Backstab" power, which does high damage to heroes.

actually, we were already discussing that Backstab power, but didnt have a name. i like the name, so i'll use it. yes, Lord Sop is in the mod.

"Respite" where did you get that one?

Most likely from the break (aka, respite) taken by Peter and Miraz during their duel.

Every once and a while I get very bored... some abilities you might use

Sopespian
Personal Loyalties: one use only, boosts Sopespian and a target units's defence and attack considerably for the whole game.
Lord of Telmar: Leadership to troops
Mount/Dismount

Glozelle
Telmarine General: Leadership to troops
Right-Hand Man: Miraz gains defence when near Glozelle

Miraz
Telmarine Tyrant: Leadership
Crowning: Improve leadeship
Web of Lies: Places one enemy unit under your control
Shield Smash: Stuns target

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

I've finally managed to get to a computer. I can see you've been busy while i've been gone.

To Nertea's Suggestions, I disagree that we should adapt BFME to Narnia. If we made the factions based on the books and movies alone, the factions would be rather bland. In addition, It would call for strengthening certain units unnaturally to Balance the factions. Your hero power ideas are very cool however, especially Sopespian's Personal Loyalties and Miraz's Web of Lies.

Shahbaz Four, Your ideas are also good. The Respite one is not bad.

To Grizzlez, I like the idea of less accuracy. It may reduce thier effectivity against buildings, but it could make the trebuchet a good weapon against massed attacks.

To Jeth, I think the Telmarine Barracks should recruit Captains at level 3. A level 2 barracks just seems a bit low for such a useful unit. I also just want to say I'm not back yet. I don't know how often I will be able to use a computer, but I'll try to stay active on the forum.

There is much I choose to conceal from the world. I live among people, though they hold little interest for me in times of normality. My life has been quiet, and confined to what little I can glimpse from the fractures of my high life. I am a king. My realm is not of this world, but how can one rule what exists not in reality? I am a writer. I am a king. I am...alone.

Hey I just noticed this topic a few days ago and its really a good idea. I myself thought of some ideas for a Narnia mod based on the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe(was before caspian came out). I know your tech trees are almost done, but I've got a few ideas that I can give:

Since the Witch's tech tree is not finished, I'll give some of those ideas first:
For Ginarrbrik:
Arrow of Misery- a powerful arrow attack; bonus vs. Narnian creatures (like the arrow he shoots Peter's unicorn with)
Axe/Bow Toggle- he has both

Maugrim:
Doubtful Words- lowers selected enemies' damage and armor (like he does to Peter in the movie)
Wolf Jump- a jump attack (once again, like he does to Peter)

General Otmin:
Charge- nearby units gain a boost to speed, damage, and armor
Blade Smash- smashes his blade (axe??) into a selected enemy, sending them flying backwards

Now for the Witch I had this cool idea, but it's probably impossible(or near impossible), which gives her a toggle between he knife or dual swords, and her wand. Her swords do normal damage, but her wand, instead of killing a units, turns them into stone instead(or just freezes them). It would be a really cool effect, and there would only be one way to "revive" these units: Aslan (see lower).

Now I know the Narnia tech tree is done, but here are just a few ideas (sorry if some are repetitive of yours):
Oreius:
Dual Strike- sticks his swords into an enemy severely wounding them (as performed on Otmin)

Edmund:
Traitor- turns Edmund invisible for 30 seconds (to "slip away")
Arrow Volley- summons a barrage of arrows onto a selected location (he commands the archers in the movie)
...hmmmmmm you already have a shattering strike/wandcleaver.....

Susan:
Horn of Narnia- summons "help" to her side (1 or 2 battalions maybe)
Kick- a basic kick aimed at one enemy
Aimed Shot- a pwerful arrow attack (like used on Ginarrbrik)

Mr. Tumnus:
Flute- slows down enemy units and lowers their armor (they are "falling asleep" shhhhhhhh)
Rapid-Punches- gains a boost to damage
Faun Kindness- takes control of selected enemies (lures them in)

Mr. Beaver:
Level 5- Bow Toggle- allows Mr. Beaver to use a bow

and for the Centaur Archers: Phoenix Arrow- a poerful flaming arrow attack

I'll add more later

actually, im still working on the tech trees for both the White Witch and Prince Caspian factions. which is half of them.....lol ;)

im glad to know that you are excited about it! currently, nothing much is going on, because i am at a friends house, and Folca is "on vacation." but i have done quite a bit a coding, though. thanks for the ideas, although yes Narnia is pretty much set in stone. still, if in beta testing the need for additional material is needed, your ideas would be quite handy. :p and of course, anything for the Witchs faction is appreciated. if you have any ideas on the Caspian faction, i would like to hear them. :p

and that invite for ideas is open to anyone!!!
