I love the V3 launcher. But the launching missile should not be the old orginal v3 missile, it should be the one that lies on the tank.
Yeah, but I haven't the time to fully recreate the missile on the current truck yet. I wanted to tested it out with the old V3 missile first.

Soul 2.4
Background process. Has something to do with some activity going on somewhere. Sorting junkmail, I think. No value or interest. Doesn't do much except hog resource.

My current assessment is 12-14 months at this pace. I consider it a generous amount of time for now. Most of the “thinking” and “planning” has already been done since May so it is now a matter of execution. The loading screens for the most part are finished, country specific units are about 85% complete and 2/3s of factional units are done. RulesMD.ini editing is in it’s infancy, additional sounds are pretty much untouched and will be probably my biggest learning curve. I don’t think AI editing should be too much of a problem since I have toyed with it in the past.
Personally, I feel many modifications fail because there is little to no planning involved before the announcement and just far too many unrealistic expectations.
Make those units strictly specialised, it will force players to mix them properly.
Alliance units will be more strictly specialized then Collective units. Collective units depend on bare-fisted brute force and will usually win in any slug out match. Alliance units will be specialized but their roles are so specific and narrow that they require supplement forces. For example, a tank destroyer can outgun any tier 1-2 Collective units but still requires a “meat shield” to withstand an elephant. Just like in RA2 it is useless against infantry and buildings so howitzers and humvees need to escort it.

I have seen many APOC/MAMMY tanks, but this is unique!

Seconded. Very nice design.
What does that new tier 3 copter do though? It seems to carry pretty wierd-sounding weaponry.
The hauler is an expensive experimental unit. It uses a device that works in the similar fashion of the iron curtain but was never incorporated since it couldn’t make armor units invulnerable. It is a support unit and has no offensive weaponry. I'll probably reveal more about it's function when I finish the tier 4 branch.

but is it just me or does the back of the of tsar seem... to small?(i guess is the word)
it looks like it should have a big body under it, and a second lot of tracks like at the front, on the back of it.
maybe its just cause the turret is so big it makes the body look smaller...
