"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth II - RC Mod"
Do NOT install the RC Mod in the normal BFME 2 folder, this will mess up the game, both the original and the mod
Did you remove/hide your real CD/DVD drive?
If you have msn or if you join hamachi this can be fixed/helped in alot less posts and time

DID you copy the game2.dat from your BFME 2 installation directory? (most likely reason as to why the game does not start at all)
thanks a lot ridder geel
now the mod works perfectly
and its a very cool one
but i still got 1 question (sorry) but is it normal that my ally is doing nothin even if i put his level on brutal

About your question, you have to play on an RC map if your ally and/or enemy is a custom faction (Beasts, Rohan, Ridder Clan)
Trying to hold on...

About the non working thing with the AI we will try to make them work on all maps ASAP, but for that we first need Vandas ready, because he is sure to have AI compatibility

...I do believe the instructions are fairly clear
Ok well here goes...
You installed the english Daemon tools?
Right click on the "lightning" icon in your 'taskbar'
then go to virtual CD/DVD-ROM
Then enable 1 drive and mount it by pressing on the first drive thing
Also make sure to hide the real drive, though the instructions tell you how
B2-Go to My Computer
---Select the CD Drive
---Right click and press on Properties
---Press on the "Hardware" tab
---Select the name of your CD Drive
---Press Properties
---Change Device usage to: Do Not use this device (disable)
~~~Whenever you want to use the real cd drive again do not forget to change the Device usage back to (Enable)
---Press OK and close the other properties window by pressing OK again
You had to mount the mds file (that is the 4-5 kb file)
...did you close the virtual mounting thing? (as in close/shut it down)
You have to press open too After mounting it you should be able to see it in the list of 'mounted' things.
Close shut down is perssing X and clicking yes, right?
Why do I press open, when I mount it I press RC mod the 4 kb and press open. It automatically goes onto it.
(the smiley is getting addicting)
