Yes Reinstalling MAY fix the problem :w00t:
The extracting should replace some files... so you did it correctly... reinstalling is the only option left i think... :omg:

Ok, i went through the instructions, installed the game, and finally got it working :p

unfortunately, after it goes through all the "made by" things, it ends up with a LOTR song and the RC map, and won't go any further. I tried moving some files around, then it wouldnt even start up. Sooooo, i just reinstalled the entire thing. Now its back to stuck at the map. Any ideas? :p

Did you extract the Data.zip in the correct place? :p (I really should try to get a new release soon... so that there will be less problems :))

I extracted it to I:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth II - RC Mod\data, is that the right place?

Edit: I didn't change anything, but now it crashes and says this, any ideas?

You mean the Shellmap? (in this version the Halloween background) If you move your mouse it should appear.

I can run RC mod 1.04. But the game just stop, when I saw a cat and a cross in the screen.
I had waited for a long time, but still no process.

Have you tried reinstalling it?
You mean that the game is 'stuck' at the part where there is a cat and a "graveyard" :D

I have tried reinstalling it for many times. :D
But I still get the same problem. The screen doesnt show bottom buttons, and it only shows a cat and a graveyard.
