Ah, Vort. If it's any consolation your two posts before that one had me cracking up.

Sound advice, Matias. Although it won't come up again. None of my modules this semester involve group work, and this is my last go round.

Thanks, Devon. I try to entertain.

I vent that my pay got a 50% tax cut. It was for the working in December, that we get January 25th. I asked my boss if I had to deliver the tax-card (no idea what's the non-Norwegian equivalent) before this pay, because it was for December, but he said I didn't have to deliver it before the pay for January, which we get in February.

Fuck that shite.

I vent that I won't be seeing my daughter for the next three weeks. I'd rather not further discuss the matter.

Busy times I suppose? Maybe some loss of interest?
And it seems many people have other things to do...

Term starts up tomorrow. Lectures, work, early mornings, and an unfortunate clash of class times which I'm going to have to sort out. The most annoying part is that one of the involved classes is one I didn't even sign up for, but got reassigned to because my first choice was oversubscribed. This fact angers me greatly.
I hope I am a good enough writer that some day dwarves kill me and drink my blood for wisdom.

Think you got the wrong face in there, Neth...

As an addendum to my post just up there a little bit, I'd like to add that the class I got switched to because my first choice was full up has actually been really cool, and I'm now fully okay with it. However, in the spirit of the topic, I'm going to vent that I couldn't sort out the timetable clash and I have a presentation to deliver next week in a subject for which I've only been able to attend half the classes. Should be interesting.
I hope I am a good enough writer that some day dwarves kill me and drink my blood for wisdom.

I vent that there are too many disasters these days, Hati, Katrina, Tokyo, Australia, New Zealand and loads more :'(

Mother Nature is pissed off at the British government, that's what it is. She's all 'Nick Clegg's a massive tool, he makes me so angry I'm going to go knock down Tokyo'. Also she likes to feel like Godzilla sometimes, because frankly who doesn't?

Anyway, yeah, natural disasters suck. I've got a friend living out in Tokyo and he's out in a refugee camp at the moment, says he should be back in Tokyo on Monday, but really there's no way of knowing. Honestly, we're all just glad he's okay.

With the peoples' uprisings and now the Sendai Earthquake, it's a terrible time to be Foreign Secretary.
