I need help. This mod not working on Windows 8.1

All the time crashs, even on lunching. During the game, a cannot move mouse on 1/4 screen and many more :/

the new oilwar video shows the USA Warhawks attacking structures with its lasers now. so what happened to it's missile attacks?

Missiles are too old-school for the US.

 

Sooner or later, the Patriot Missile will be replaced by Superm-... erm Patriot Laser Eyes.

Buuuut, their missile racks are stile here. Don't forget to remove them later or replace with some sort of "targetting array"

They've been recolored. They're just a few voxels and look nothing like real missile "racks".
