Raseph needs a nerf, but not the Elites.

Suggestion:
Please don't say that Elites are overpowered, because each side has something to deal with them. And this thing is: DOGS
Resheph has very sucky projectile. 6 of them can barely break through air deffenses.

I was about to say this. But Elites are fine as they are. Adding an amphibious anti infantry unit, god save me, a terror drone, would also seriously affect Libra's effectiveness.

And I don't understand why Dolphins are gone anyway, they were useful scout units.
Dogs can swim and Squids can't grapple anymore.
Terror Drones can be made amphibious and you can set it so Squids can't be infected. Though the problem I see is WaterImage doesn't obey the Alternate Image's own Graphical Rules so you don't have a Terror Drone Thrashing about when underwater.

They can do psi blast when having a mind controll link.

Yep. In multiplayer, deploys always lag out ending up bugged out. Also deploy ain't reload instantly. You can get 2 dogs and done.

Build few dogs and Ivans. Elites take over Ivans, dogs come and kill them, everything goes boom, and the enemy still lost more money than you did. No Psi Wave from Elites, because they just MCed the Ivans. And this is for a player that micromanages Elites, because for those that don't, two dogs are enough (like it was already pointed out).
Piranhas are nearby? Then Robot Tanks don't help either, neither would amphibious Terror Drones. In fact, Soviets have it easier here, because Typhoons can't be controlled while underwater (unlike Destroyers or Piranhas), and they still kill infantry fast. It's just Typhoons Spam and dominate the sea. Add Akulas for Russia and you can attack safely without anyone knowing where will you strike from (because no water trails, unlike Piranhas).
Impossible to disguise them as tanks, and cloaking would be OP. They are a double-edged sword. They can easily cripple the enemy, but also you if you're not being careful.I would suggest Demo Trucks / Bomb Buggies to be cloaked/disguised as your tank or something, it really hurts when a mercury uplink targets it at your base right after building or an aircraft shoots them down right after it goes out at your base

Aircraft Carriers make up for it by being the most precise (being able to kill even mobile units) and most difficult to shot down.

IMO PsiCorps is already overspecialised, they lack a real t3 siege unit, their most important adventage is amphibious superiority. A cheap (spammable) soviet unit which can kill epsilon elites would break this superiority, and put psicorps in a serious diadventage.
Huh? We've forgotten the Magnetron exists as a T3 siege? Seriously?!? Not to mention, the damned thing is also useful as a pretty neat support unit since it can immobilize enemies. It's shorter ranged than most other siege units, but it more than makes up for it by being amphibious, and also a support unit.

Sadly can't do merging of two units... unless they're the units specified in the visceroid tags Which doesn't work on infantry.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with Elites, sigh. I was saying that the Soviets would need a better counter for them.
God forbid Libra have a weakness -_-
And I'm pretty sure Libra already does decent damage to Terror Drones as is.

I don't want Crazy Ivans hanging around my fleet :L because they'll probably get killed and I'll lose half of my ships, Ivans are a bit more difficult to micro than Elites and Elites can be produced much more quickly than Ivans, as for dogs thouugghh, they'll just get hit by the Psi Wave or killed fairly fast by Invaders or Basilisks, though I think the dogs will probably work.

Yes, it takes 4 hits to destroy a Conyard with a Resheph, except it takes only 1 to destroy pretty much most other buildings, the thing with the Aircraft Carrier is that you can see where it is on the map and it'll be much easier to intercept it, the Aircraft can shot down very easily as well, you don't know where a Resheph is on the map, it can launch from any side and would likely break through those defenses, you can't defend every single point of your base with AA without pouring all your cash into it. Oh yeah, and Reshephs deal area of effect damage, so units can get decimated if they get directly hit by the Resheph projectile.

If the opponent is sending 1 Ivan per Aircraft Carrier then yes. But that's pretty much pointless since more than that would break through, so players would normally probably have Robot Tanks or Rocketeers at least guarding their vessels from Ivans.
Anyway, the dogs will probably work but if a player uses the Elites' Psi Wave properly then it most likely won't work, plus if it's backed up by Invaders or Basilisks...
