hey guys!

i installed bfme2 and patched it to 1.09 (thanks for the great work by the way i love this game!) and wanted to try online sessions via t3a:online. i created the account as said in the description but when i start the game it asks me for my EA-login data and not the revora data. so when i try to login with my revora login-data he says account not found =/

can you please help me there?

 

its a win 10 system and i'm starting the game via the t3a:online launcher btw...

 

okay i got it to work so nvm =)

i did create the account but i had to set the username and password in my profile. did that and now i can join. woop woop!

Hello, I recently installed bfme 2 and patched it with 1.01, 1.03, 1.05, 1.06 und the bfme 2 patch switcher. I keep getting errors like "error parsing field shadow Lod". I might be able to fix this myself (or just delete that line out of the .ini;)) but then I would not be able to sync with other players online anymore, right?
Do I maybe only need to install patch 1.06, 1.08 and 1.09?
For any help I would be very thankful,

проблема при загрузке 1й части, вставляю ключ, начинаю установку, доходит установка до 64% (Support\*.*) и вылезает такое (a problem occurred when trying to transfer the file)  и как я понял проблема с (Support\vs) что мне делать?

I hve the original CD and launching through T3A launcher and all works well. When I try to join an online game it says it’s not the right version of the game. Am I missing something? It says all updates are current.

Hi, managed to wade my way though all the other issues this game (battle for middle earth 2) has on modern pc's. Installed T3A:online. When I press: BFME2 it simply pops up an error with 'Unable to launch BFME2'. Help?

Ok so I don't know what is going on with my installation but I got this message after reaching the end of the installation of the client: 

Unable to execute file: (file name and location.AddReg.exe)

 

ShellExecuteEx failed; code 1450

Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. Plus my McCafee tells me that they quarantine a file. 

 

AFter this message, i proceed with the installation and everything works great. But when I try to launch the game, nothing happens. Literally nothing. I click "Launch BFMA" and I don't even get a load sign. So what is going wrong and what do I have to do to fix it??

If McCafee is stopping the installation that would be the issue.

Although, you should check out the installation guide because you may need to set up the options.ini file.

Hi. In game I don't have online menu only the EA default network. Launching with t3aonline launcher and hooked bfme2.
I have 1.06 patch and Win 10

 

Same in ROTWK ver. 2.01

 

It works now. I reinstalled and patched everything on clean install

Hi,

 

I am running bfme 2 version 1.06 and I do not know my EA name and it says I provide the wrong password when I try to connect to the online server.

I use windows 7.

 

I can login to Revora but I cannot login to T3 online. Are there different passwords?

I thought it was the same.

Ps. Can I change the keyboard short cuts in the game?
I am annoyed that I have to use the arrows instead of W,A,S,D and Q and E for moving around.

The error that I get is that I can't connect to the servers. It just says that I can't connect. I tried connecting multiple times now but nothing changed.

The version of the game is 2.01

My operating system is Windows 10

NEED HELP

 

I installed the T3A Online Launcher and when I start the game with it, its going fine but when I click on "Multiplayer" -> "Online" it says:"Too install a Patch, you need Adminrights." but I already installed the PatchSwitcher and activated the newest Patch and can also play it on Singleplayer.

 

PS: I use the disk.

Hello, my fiance and I just downloaded the game went through all the steps and tried to play online together. Partway through the game we get the Out Of Sync thing then the game ends. I have read other threads about what could cause this, we havent downloaded any mods, no extra files in the maps folder. So what do we do?

If you have not used the 1.06 offical patcher and used the Patch Switcher, you need to edit the registry (or apply patch 1.06 manualy. as suggested by Plokite_Wolf).

 

Open Regedit and go to: (Win 10)

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Electronic Arts\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth II

 

change Version from

10000

to

10006

 

the saved key for "Version" afterwards should be 0x00010006 (65542)

Hi guys,

 

I cant connect to the multiplayer servers. the game want the newest update and kick me out of multiplayer.

 

 

I have done the following:
- installed BFME2 with the iso from gamereplays.org
- installed patch 1.06
- installed the online launcher from T3A

 

Can anyone tell me a fix for my problem?
