There are still people who don't use infantry?

The advanced stolen tech is supposed to give you advantage over the same side. Since Epsilon can amass infantry with ease and rely on it, ESPECIALLY on T3 with Cloning Vats, the new Deviator is a hard-counter to Epsilon player who heavily relies on infantry.

Yes, but the Apocalypse and Future Tank are great anti armor too, which makes them viable option to counter tier 3 monsters. You won't be able to say the same about the Deviator. That, and besides, if you infiltrate an enemy Epsilon, you will have Viruses, which are already more than enough against infantry.

Stolen Tech stuff will work only against those sides, from which the player acquired the technology.

Epsilon-Epsilon stolen tech focuses on dealing with infantry spam, which is Epsilon's main playstyle.

Epsilon-Soviet stolen tech gives you the Reaper, which is capable of dealing with armored forces with ease, because Soviets focus on armored units.

Deviator is better than Virus, because it can fire on move and have a better rate of fire.

Now the only stolen tech unit, that is a bit ou of place with it's counter role to the infiltrated faction is Chrono Ivan. Allies rely on Gap generator and Chrono inf cannot move into shroud. Anyone kind enought to explain me the main advantage of this demolishion maniac with chrono backpack and whether you use him, when you get him, or not?

This is what I see when anyone misspell Fury Drone as Furry Drone

I made a youtube playlist of songs that may have inspired mission names (at least 50% is correct and seen by Speeder himself)

Or that how Future tanks can stop Thor spams, or how Apocalypses can stop Kirov and Wolfhound spams.

Out of the 3 stolen tech units, 2 of them are effective against more than just 1 type of enemy. But the Deviator is only good against infantry, and that is well.......dumb.

Future Tank is an advanced anti-armor tank and it decimates any kind of armored vehicles quickly and it has nice range too. Each allied faction relies much on tanks. Furthermore Future Tank won't be good against anything which isn't a tank.

Chrono Ivan is Allied-Soviet stolen tech. It is efficient against Soviets and it doesn't have to be very efficient against Allies.

Apocalypse Tank is an all-rounder spammable unit. With the help of the Industrial Plant, you can spam this unit easily. Apocalypse Tank is anti-infantry, anti-armor, anti-air. While it isn't the best at any of these, the price with the Industrial Plant is very good and I haven't mentioned that it is relatively fast too.

And here we have the Deviator, an artillery unit for the sole purpose of killing Brutes and Stalkers, and Adepts. Something that can be done by Viruses too, and they are cheaper (even tough weaker too)

Deviator decimates infantry, can fire on the move, has nice range and relatively fast. What else do you need? Viruses can be overrun and they can't retreat that well.

Would be nice if Deviator had a secondary purpose as siege like a more potent and more accurate version of a Buratino, since Epsilon T3 siege has their shortcomings and are weaker in some aspects when compared to the Allied and Soviet T3 siege; like Plague Splatters having weak accuracy that are also the worst T3 siege to use against defense buildings, Magnetrons having no anti-infantry weapons, and Stalkers being the slowest T3 siege in MO(especially in BR2 were their speed is even slower). Having a stolen tech vehicle that has anti-infantry and siege capabilities that has none of the weaknesses of Epsilon factions' T3 siege would be an excellent addition to all 3 Epsilon factions.

AA vehicles say "hi!". I guess he meant something that can't be blown off the sky by a half as cheap unit. Actualy making the deviator anti infantry and anti structure is a good idea.

One underestimates Basilisks quite well. They can ruin your day. :p It needs practise to learn how to use it wisely.

And I don't think that Deviator will ever be an anti-structure unit, because it sprays gas.

I don't know why you are complaining about something, which you haven't seen in action yet.

I know ): I just love the Deviator and Dream Waever as they are now. Deviators when seated in tank bunkers are actualy epic defenses.

Not to mention Basilisks get their hit points nerfed in BR2. Basilisks work well against large buildings like War Factory and Super Weapons but not defenses especially stationary AA defense due to their weak armor and inaccuracy although they can evade them with their speed that won't be enough when facing T1 and T3 AA units, they are basically an airship version of Plague Splatters but with a more powerful spread out attack and a more expensive price. I'm suggesting it because Epsilon T3 siege have it worse in some aspects compare to Allied or Soviet T3 siege.

HE ammo for different purpose then?

Yeah exactly like its predecessor the Deviation Fists from 2.0psi that used two warheads for different purposes. Only difference is instead of chaos gas used by its predecessor and in BR1, Deviators it would use toxin ammo for infantry and HE ammo for structures. Besides Deviators looks like a Buratino-like siege unit.

What about Cryo Commandos, their low ROF and range isn't something to brag about.

No, it's the other way around. Allies get Hoplite, that can EMP vehicles for a short time and are also good against them. Soviets get Chrono Ivan, when they infiltrate allied battle lab. For me, it is the worst Stolen tech unit. Especially, when Insane Ivan can swim now.

You should try them against structures. And also, good anti infantry.

Cryo Commandos suck in low numbers against the more cheaper T2 anti-infantry which have similar range and better ROF(like Pyros, SEALs, and Duneriders) and Desolators. They do pretty well against other infantry especially Brutes when they are clumped together attacking something (good addition to USA when fighting Epsilon since they lack AoE anti-infantry other than Mercury Uplink and Mercurry IFV) . Against buildings they are decent but you need a whole bunch of them to really cause damage.
