At the final phase, when I selected the beacon(destination) at the bottom right of the map, the wolfhounds that spawn to intercept your Kirov doesn't move at all.
They look like they are disabled (very similar to how your wolfhounds in the hideout are disabled initially).

About the mission Ghost Walk... Only saw it being played on YT, but my own opinion about the "traitor" Allied forces that attack you after destroying the beacon is, that those are actually just Scorpion Cell forces using the Allied equipment. there is 90% chance of me being wrong since briefings an debriefings are yet still not put in the game.
This is what I see when anyone misspell Fury Drone as Furry Drone
I made a youtube playlist of songs that may have inspired mission names (at least 50% is correct and seen by Speeder himself)

According to my strategy no.BTW this is one of the most fun missions for me I have played it so many times but this bug happened only once and I was like wtf.

Well... just something slightly off topic here, but how did the base defenses in Godsend are shielded near-permanently?

Plotwise, by the Shield Command. It's called Gameplay-Storyline segregation. Some things are just there purely for game balance when plotwise it's much more powerful
