I have an idea about a new challenge map similar to Awake and Alive mission, when we try to escape from zombie apocalypse horde of MC'ed units, but longer than actual Awake and Alive.

Is that possible?

Or Brutes.

Intoxicated had an internal version where all enemy units will hunt you ~five minutes after you are detected (yes, there is a silent alarm trigger and you can prevent it with much skill).

Needless to say, going against a map full of hunters with what you have there was too much even for me.

I'm beginning to wonder if the Comrade General kept his American allies (?) after all these times

I doubt he could do that after the sudden events that occurred during "The Raven" and "Awake and Alive".

Don't mind me, I'm just pretty broke nowadays...

But the end of Firewalking says that due to capturing that Amplifier, they managed to keep hold of the US for now.

I do remember that the Amplifier is used to amplify the range of the Psychic Beacons, so without any Beacons under their control, it's just there for show. :p
Also, that's the reason why the Soviets were desperate to capture the Amplifier, because if the Amplifier goes online, the Beacons already in operation will have enough range to capture anyone as long as they are in the US.

And if you remember, most of Russia has already fallen and Europe is in chaos thanks to Rahn, they only place they can try and secure is the US itself.

I guess the mission briefing will say something about how the Allied used the Rome's Psychic Beacon as dampener and wanted to do the same with the one in US.

Hence why they don't just destroy it outright

Poor civilians, their minds controlled by Soviets, then Yuri, then Soviets again, one mind control wave, then another to damp that, but it's still there. I'm sure at the end, everyone's minds just melt and shut down or go crazy, and that is Libra's Crazy World.

One more question, did Divergence chronically happen after Juggernaut? If not, how would you explain the Hammer Defense and EMP Station?

Without the briefings, the Soviet campaign seems really disconnected from the story, while Allies and Epsilon goes hand in hand.

There are also "our new amphibious Marauders" in Firewalking, "our new Cryocopters" in the same mission and in Lizard Brain, "our experimental Masterminds" and Bloaticks in Puppet Master which seems to happen not so long after Yuri's resurfacing. Some things have to be reconsidered it seems.

Various mappers make the missions, not everyone knows all the other missions and their tech trees by heart, so sometimes these tech tree inconsistencies happen. it gets difficult to keep track of gazillion missions and especially co-ops, which additionally I don't usually play myself at all so the 'final consistency check' on those usually comes late.

The Russian story so far is more about trying to form an alliance with the Chinese to fight Yuri, the other two campaigns focus on different events in different parts of the world. They're still parallel.

The bright side is that there's no briefing for anyone to see yet so things aren't really all fixed yet right?

Final checkups on storyline better be in order when everything's finished though (Brain Reset and Dragonstorm connection in 3.3.0 looks like a good example). Godsend and Bottleneck can at least be rationalized by the Chrono Legions being very recent at that time but already functional.

My guesses for the hammers in divergence is that they were build by the chinese there while they still had an alliance, during panic cycle for example. They were still working together there and divergence takes place in literally the same place according to the briefing.

dates are a little bit needed so people can able to track the event.
