We still don't know what the hell is the Reptoir.

I have a wild guess about someone or something gather dead bodies from fallen soldiers and civilians to rebuild them as cyborg army, Marked of Kane style.

Now you have Awakenedframe and Godligntened, what else do you want?

Megalovatar?

Oh man.

Imagine VOLKNET really is Volkov's brain used as an AI template. Then he goes insane like in RA1.

Except this time he's an incorporael digital mind with full access to Foehn cyborg processing facilities.

VOLKNET = CABAL

Well it was said that there's something else that's driving the technological advancement of the MO world. Maybe at the end of the Foehn campaign, we will be fighting something else than we thought we will. The queen might have been a pawn all along.

That would be a great plot twist, remember that Foehn perspective in story have ambiguous meaning.

In coop EP01 Television Lie, one can simply train an Engineer from the captured Barracks in the mid, without need to go to the lower-right corer of the map.

Don;t know if this shortcut is planned by the designer though...

I think it was intended. You don't lose the game if you lost one of the engis

Alright like 2 weeks of break, I tried Relentless again...

I still don't know how to do the first part of the mission reliably, before getting the ConYard. When defending the Weather Controller, the enemy just overwhelms me and I feel I have little to no options.

Edit: Tried Power Hunger... to be honest, I don't think I -feel- the game anymore (also, a power outage causing me to lose progress didn't help either. :V). The wait between missions are kinda long, and going back to this intense game after half year waits might be impossible for me. So I think that only after the game is finished, every mission is out, and hopefully the save/load system in place, only then I will return to this game, and play it again from the very beginning, so I can get into the rhythm again. Until then, I'll just watch Speeder's videos of the campaign missions, Martinoz' for the coop missions, will keep posting here about story predictions, and other crazy theories and shitposts. :V

It's helpful in relentless to spawn mirage tanks on the cliff above your barracks and use the archons you get at the start of the mission to defend against air threats.

Soo I tried Thread of Dread again. But it seemed like I really have no choice but to snatch Epsilon War Factories now. Normally I start taking out the HQ base rather than the PsiCorps base and yeah, I got rekt by a swarm of Dragonflies from Yunru's army.

Trick is to ignore epsilon bases and hope you can get 32 kirovs in time before a single nuke is launched at you.

DO NOT PROVOKE YUNRUS FACTION IN " TOD " UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU WILL TAKE OUT THE MCV.

I just hoped and waited while building 32 kirovs, rushed towards the mcv, one kirov barely survived the sentinals and got three lucky hits which killed the mcv.

From there on, it's a game of taking out the nukes with kirovs again. After taking out the mcv, build a nuke silo and keep bombing each sentinal you see, it'll make life much easier.

Or you can get a few drillers, load them with spies, engies and Morales, kill terror drones near the tunnel entrance with friendly fire of Hammers (provoke them with shelter and flame tower), sneak to the tunnel, shut down the power, capture the second reactor and deploy barracks there. Snipe the CY with Morales, remove one windbelt section, capture the mainframe and wait. Just don't forget to keep the power down.

Thread of Dread -i dont get your tactics..

Rush base we need defence bunkiers and pplot on left where you build refinery to get gold without getting hit of cannon bunkier.
Bulid atomic rocket.
In the same time as you build base you take your V4 morales eradicators in catastrophe tanks loot of tesla tropers, some halftruck to take out emp drones.
and at last on borlolo or two full of engineeres and rush in the middle. <-if you lose bases and have only squad avaible without engi you can be angry when you crash half of stuff.
You capture the middle and do sec base you should focus on anty air defence as it possibility of kiroves strikes.
In the mid time you take your squad and go down and turn left use tesla to clear mines and v4 to takes deference prioritize hammers>anty air> and get that irondragons
and you go inside , slowly taking down defenses and making a path to capture objective.
You can take stalinfist or capture enemy warfactory inside and atomic power plants and other stuff in range because they will be rebuild if you wont take mcv and it can take a while.
When you bussy with attack your bases are mostly to cach the nukes.
Your nuke is to help you destroy defenses/power plants or anty air

Tbh, that's what I was planning but I ended up getting tempted annihilating the HQ base (right one) on ToD. Bad timing is, there were 10 Dragonflies from Yunru's forces attacking the HQ and 4 Qilins and 4 Nuwas as well. During that time, I already have 8 Kirovs but I have decided to build some Catastrophes supported with Desolators as well. My Stalin's Fist was also staying at my base during that time and I had only planned moving it when the right time comes (MOre Kirovs).

Trick is to ignore epsilon bases and hope you can get 32 kirovs in time before a single nuke is launched at you.

To ignore is one thing that I failed to do. I engaged the HQ base as I said and destroyed their Factories and most of their Power Facilities, leaving them with Base Defenses and Refineries. By Provoking, it's sending forces to her base right? And speaking of building nuke, I built my nuke as early as I can on my previous playthrough.

OBserving is a very effective way to learn new strategies from other players. Please enable observer on Coop and Challenge maps

Observer on Coop and Challenge

...you do realize that will give the observer ability to see past fog of war and shroud and thus be able to warn the actual players of all the traps and reinforcements?

Not like they couldn't watch the youtube videos that are posted to get the same effect, the only real difference is they'd get it in real time.

The problem is that giving people the ability to observe in co-ops will break the mission itself by warnings, spoilers and etc. Furthermore, walkthroughs on Youtube doesn't neccessarily give away all spoilers if the people recording the walkthroughs know how and when to avoid spoilers AND easter eggs.

Don't mind me, I'm just pretty broke nowadays...

In Red Alert 2, Alaska is the Allies last stand against the Soviets. In Mental Omega, it seems that Alaska is humanitys last stand against Yuri's mind control. I wonder if the same map will be used.

Yes, with all the mirroring already done, Point Hope = Last Bastion is a pretty safe bet.

Observer's ingame speech can't be seen by players.

Yes you can assign a third person to report the hidden things to you. But in fact cheating could be much easier than that..

Observer's ingame speech can't be seen by players.

And so the biggest lie in the history of MO multiplayer has been said.
