Infantry War was stupid in 3.0 due to heroes and I haven't try it in 3.3. I heard it was bugged out with Meteor Shower having AI building WFs,
This mode needs a complete redesign before it could be expanded IMO. Meteor Shower option would need to be changed into fake barrack cloning vat cheat as well.
I get your point though. But it certainly will make coding more complicated than ever to include so many options as once,
Unholy Alliance is certainly not needed, because it's a LOL option that most of the time aren't even used. Tech share on the other hand, is a much preferred option. I want to use it in Islands and Fortress mode as well.

Actually heroes werent a problem. Each of factions had limited hero pool - as example, all russian factions could make volk/chitz (since Morales was broken and Yunru was useless), while for allies Norio was disabled - because air heroes were OP. Cant recall how it looks in 3.3, could use a check.

Epsilon has all 3 heroes, Allies have Tanya and Siegfried, Foehn has Eureka and Fin, I'm not sure about the Soviets but I think they still have Volkov and Chitz. IMHO Infantry war is surprisingly well balanced. I kinda miss the Cyborg and the 3.0 Virus, tho.
Edit: just played as Soviets, they indeed have Volkov and Chitkztsdkjdaidsidjlad his dog. But they also have Morales.

Virus would be an overkill in infantry war tbh.

In 3.3 Epsilon can train Rahn? if yes then infantry war can be turned to Brutepocalypse

Virus was the weaker amongst the two I mentioned. One could win the infantry war against 7 hard AIs by attacking with just 5 cyborgs. That means cutting through a non-stop horde AND destroying the bases at the same time.

Siegfried? Tanya I understand, but a swarm of infantries can turn Sieg into mince meat, with him resembling more of a siege cannon, complete with cooldown

Use Seals and Tanya to guard Siegefrieg, and crawl up to the enemy base. Siegefrieg's weapon destroy blobs and base defenses from range they can never retaliate. Slowly kill everything and you win.

The factions are conceptually very well fleshed out, with balance changes and new missions already on the way...
...So the sole only thing I can really say to have on my wishlist regarding this mod is an out-of-the-box working map editor.

There is one thing that we all seems to have forgotten about it completely. We can no longer use the ingame menu due to the launcher, and at the sametime the random map generator.
I wish there's a way to bring the map generator back. It's one of those features that only RA2 have after all.

Hm
Does the (original) game dump any file after you save the random generated map?

This may sound weird and is just a random question not worth a whole thread, but is there any particular reason multiplayer blue is a lighter shade than the campaign blue, or is it just a minor detail that never got addressed?

Sodar Arrays, which I have not seen used yet in multiplayer.
Uhm, what? I always see sodars on multi, not counting those in bases just to buff AA.

Can the Sweeper stop auto un-deploy everytime they are accidentally selected in groups and ordered to move? The Grumble and Sodar doesn't have this problem.

Okay, then I am just not seeing or I have not encountered them.
