I have this suggestion: vulture requisites WF+field boureau + airbase
Barely see this unit on multiplayer, this modification adds a new option for LC build orders and fit their theme.
Hopefully this would help the little chopper to see some action

AFAIK creating somethign that requires 3 prequesitives is impossible. Note how Viruses can be made without full T3 if you have Cloning Vats.

But look how by the other part you need Tier 3 Lab to get Drakuv's from Field Bureau
I kinda like TC's idea. Maybe Vultures are not that "good" to be Tier 3 (in my opinion). But also that would kinda overload Soviets Tier 2. They already get a lot of stuff, 3 infantries (4 with LC), 'Rillos, Buggies and MCV. Wouldn't that actually be too much for simple Tier 2? Think also that Dustdevils already got moved to Tier 2

Okay, how about a flying support vehicle for all Foehn? a defensive support that deploys similarly to the old vulture or the older siege chopper. but instead, it lands and deploys into a support station. equipped with a single repair beam turret for vehicles but also a healing radius for infantry. not as potent the huntress's grey goo cloud of healing but still heals all friendlies around it. this would help your knightframes going up against rocketeer and gyrocopter swarms. since those units seem better suited for dealing with such units and jets. Teratorns and Shrikes have good firepower but their delay makes them less useful against such units. so this support unit in a way can give you an alternate anti air option through the use of Knightframes. possibly give all nearby infantry a neat little firepower boost since the unit can carry ammunition to the front, your soldiers can be more generous with the additional firepower.
Since i love Foehn infantry so i would love to see more supporting options for Foehn infantry. (and to keep them alive longer since they are an investment compared to other infantry)
Or you can add those features to the SODAR Array carrier instead for extra utility.

You definitely can have as many prereqs as you'd like to. AI cannot handle it on units (production triggers can only check against a single condition which tends to be the highest tier building in such case). Allied T3 even depends on the fact that there are two buildings required for that!

whats my mind of idea
Nuclear (& EMP?) Challenge for china
lets say the demo truck has loaded with nuke payload like in vanilla YR/RA but sturdier and deals dmg than the average demo truck
all units has from irradiation buff
cannon/missile armed base unit fires nuke paylord (similar like nuclear battle master in generals ZH (nuke general))
forgot to say that sending demo trucks at your base every 10 mins in game (similar to yuri island challange random mind control units timer) at nearby players base (either your left , right or the worst behind your base)
Global EMP on all vechicles (except them) in every 7 minutes
Yunru has more range and a much more sturdier Siege Crawler
i dunno what this idea i came up with >.>

I have a weird idea of a plane made from the naval yard,it would function like a ship until you deployed it in which it would fly but making it unable to fire,this would make them useful as they could be made from the naval yard and then sent straight to a naval battle or deploy to fly away from bigger ship blobs.

I have three more suggestions:
1. If developers don't want to add all of stolen infantry back into game, then they can reverse 3.0's situation with stolen tech: you can get stolen infantry unit only in case you infiltrate lab of the same faction. In 3.0 Soviets after infiltrating Soviet labs were getting both Cyborgs and Apocs, but while infiltrating other labs, they don't get stolen vehicles. This time the situation can be reversed with infantry. For example if you are playing as Soviets against Soviets and infiltrate the lab, you will also get Cyborg from 3.0 aside from Apocalypse. If you infiltrate other labs, you will get only stolen vehicles. For Epsilon vs Epsilon Reaper can return as a stolen infantry unit (since his beams are just like Marauder's beam). Personally I would love all of 3.0's stolen infantry come back (especially Chrono Ivan, Chrono Adept and Voltmortar), but this way I suggested would be fine too.
2. I'm ok with Foxtrot's damage nerf, but I think nerfing their accuracy wasn't necessary. Current Foxtrots are fine against infantry/T1 vehicle crowds, but against single targets they are really bad. For example it took me 4 Foxtrots just to kill a goddamn Navy SEAL. If their accuracy is increased from 0.25 to 0.35 or 0.45 it will be perfect IMO. This way they will be good against both single targets and crowds without being able to tech snipe like in 3.3.0.
3. New challenge suggestion. Dance of Blood mission inspired me to think about this one. Challenge will consist of two playable sides: attackers and defenders. Defenders consist of one human player and one AI in a heavily defended fortress on an island, but with not so good coastal defense. Attackers consist of three human players and three AIs. Defenders have to defend the center of the base until a super unit arrives in 30 minutes, but the primary objective is to destroy all human player bases. Attackers' objective is to destroy defenders. Super unit depends on the faction of a human defender player (for Allies probably Paradox Engine as a unit, for Soviets dunno, for Epsilon super-powered Irkalla or Libra or maybe even Yuri Prime and for Foehn maybe super-powered Uragan). AI defender's faction will be the same as human defender's one. The challenge begins with three AI attackers destroying coastal defense on three sides of the island. After that human attackers get their MCVs transported to the land along with some infantry and armor. AI attackers share the same color and faction as human attackers. While human attackers are building bases, AI ones will be constantly sending more and more forces to attack the fortress just like in the mission. If super unit arrives on time, AIs will stop sending reinforcements. If a human player is defeated before timer ends, then his respective AI helper will stop sending reinforcements as well. While AIs are sending reinforcements, defenders will be getting messages like "Warning, air armada/fleet/infantry battalion/armor battalion detected!". Unlike in Dance of Blood, AI defender won't be defeated so easily and will be helping the human player a lot by building his own structures and training armies. Defenders will also be getting their own reinforcements paradropped once in a while, but they won't be so big. As for air armada for attackers, I think Soviet one will be Kirovs+Wolfhounds, Allied one will be Thors/Super Thors+Warhawks, Epsilon one will be Irkalla+Floating Disks+Basilisks and Foehn one will be Quetzals+Teranodons+other Foehn aircraft. And just like in the mission, AI attackers will sometimes initiate airstrikes with their respective faction's aircraft (Foxtrots, allied planed and Dybbuks).

well thats a good idea ... to make sure adds immune to mind control , abduction and confusion
to the extreme level no chrono weapon based unit like Legionnaire (including Charon)
to add things Nuwa has more range that he can attack in range like a MBT unit or an arti unit (for extremist)

Apparently there's a challenge regarding Kirovs armed with nukes coming already. I can't think of anything China atm besides its radiation, seismic activities, and Iron Dragons.
If there's a challenge I'm thinking about, it's an EA/Coronia one, where lightning and wind come together. A map where rain appears, before the storm happens. Random lightning strikes and Alanqa tornadoes (without the Alanqa) roaming around and happening. And on the field there could be indestructible Lightningrods that could attract lightning and buff enemy Thors, while there's Spinblades to well, boost Foehn things. This is one of those challenges where keeping many units idle can get them killed by the hazards. If a Super Thor can appear somehow accompanied by a buffed Alanqa, then that works too. There's also an excuse to have a Lightning Storm + Great Tempest appear at the greatest peak of a storm happening. And there's no Naval btw.
Could call it a Windstorm Challenge, unless there's a better synonym for a storm.
