I like that idea!
Have a flame-thrower for anti-infantry and some powerful cannon for anti-tank/anti-base.

If anyone knows how to, we should take the sound files out of Tib. Sun and put them to this unit lol

I like that idea!

or just have an advanced plasma cannon like that the Cyborg Comando has in Tib. sun. :D

After reading all the requests on this forum I registerd.

Plasma is a rejected idea.
So i think a green lighting ball should do. :-)

The Cyborg Commander is my all time favo unit!
He could level anyting whit in a few shots and he heals in tiberiam. :D
Only one thing for ballance, the fire right should be way slower!

There is no Tiberium.

I was talking about Tiberium Sun not Generals.

Yeah and if the sw guy could deploy a stealth turret it be fun.

In Remix3 both SupW and Nuke have gotten the balance-nerf. For SupW the EMP and Emitter upgrades are very late game additions.

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

Instead of making heroes just powerful units, I was thinking that they should help improve the weakness of the general who controls them. So far I can only think of one for the air force general. He would of course be stealth while not attacking or using ability, and would have 2 abilities: jet pack and flare gun. When his jet pack is activated, he would hover above the ground at high speeds for a limited time, allowing him to go anywhere on the map and get passed light defense. His flare gun would fire a flare straight up into the air that would last for maybe 5-10 seconds. While activated, defense buildings and anti-air units would automatically attack it. This would open up a small window for aircrafts to fly through heavily defended areas.

Looks: Maybe your stereo typical mad mullah

Attack class
Super anti-vehicle charge: Similar in speed to china infantry tnt attack, but fatal to all vehicles below overlord class armour. if your target cursor goes over an enemy vehicle this is the default attack.
If unit is in guard mode than it will attempt to place charges on all vehicles within guard range. Explosion is internal so it will only effect the target vehicle. No radius effect and no effct on infantry. Increasing character rank increases power up to destroying an overlord (not hero) class tank.

Remote explosive charge: Can place on any building, vehicle or infantry, Enemy, friendly or neutral. Limits apply. gains upgraded explosive effects if purchased. Must be remotely detonated.

Hate doctrine: Target enemy unit will suicide after 3 seconds. In this time you can move unit around, the enemy unit will remain in their team colours, but will show up has an enemy if target cursor is placed on it, by them. "For the GLA" is heard before detonation. Special ability, range is infinite.
3 minute charge time between use, must be selected from hero unit.

Support class
Road side bomb: Anti vehicle/infantry. A high explosive stealthed mine which does massive damage to small groups and medium damage to medium sized groups. Will not detonate on friendly troops, however they can be effected if they are caught in the blast during battle. Placed manually.

Mine sweeper: Remove mines in a larger radius and quicker than other units can. Also disable other units explosive charges, tnt, very quickly. If unit is put to guard this action is automatic.

For both classes unit is invunrable to enemy mines, and is always invisible even when using abilities.

I think that will be a bit over powerd but still if pen makes the other heros so strong to it would be a good idea!

Actaully that could be a good idea!

But make it 1 mine, so the enemy still need to pas.
And it should have an another colour so u can spot
it with steath detection and remove it with a dozer.
And don't make it a tactical nuke a little smaller version will do.

Also it will have a cool down of like 2 minutes and the limit of the mine would be 1.
So when one detonate or got removed u can place another on when the cool down is finnished.

This also would increasse the use in stealth detection, because if u had this guy in your base...

I don't know if the hero would need more powers maby a cash hack or someting.
make him/here look like kind of guy in a survival soute with a small warhead on its back and a spinning radder on its head! :rolleyes:

Yes it is powerful. But for a unit with a build limit of 1, that you can only build at the top of the tech tree, and considering the other toys a general would have, maybe not so bad. I was thinking that you are givin a choice to have the unit be either attack or support class, and that after the decision is made, than its locked until the unit dies. Maybe trim back its power in attack class. The unit would be fun to use.
