and i guess ill be the first to find a glitch. Galadriel's vision spell does not have a recharge timer (at least in good Lothlorien).

personally i have just had a quick go and was really pleased to see how solid the mod is!!! the base, the buildings, thepictures in the circles when you select a build patch, they are all done so so well. this feels more like a proper add on rather than a mod, which is very importnat to me, lots of other mods ive played usally feel rushed and untidy, but so far iv been nothing but impressed. well done on all the hard work, and hopefully i will see some of you online to battle it out!!!

1) Galadriel's vision thing seems overpowered without a timer
2) Her throw down the walls ability doesn't work on walls or towers, which brings me onto point 3:
3) Elves really need siege. I found myself camping outside enemy castles until the ents had recharged, and that was the only way I could get into castles
4) There seemed to be some problem with entrances to the castle. I think I counted three that should be there, although only one seemed to allow units to walk through (atleast when setting rallypoints for buildings)
5) If you build the Orchard at a settlement it has Gondor Farm text and images
Apart from that an amazing mod. The skins/models were insanely good (Galadriel ), and I love how you made Galadriel more sophisticated (i.e. not running around everywhere) than the other elves. Also, it was nice to see the AI build their new units/heroes. I saw Frodo and Sam running along together on quite a few occasions.
As for the early game weak thing, I think there's no problem with that. The Mirkwood Scouts are very good at all stages in the game (except for when charging into a rohan base that had spammed towers. If anything I'd say their late game was weak, due to upgraded fortresses and no decent way to take them down.

Thank you sooo much. That "complete" feeling is what I've been aiming for from the beginning. So glad to hear you think that way!
I could swear that thing had a timer at one point... I'll see what happened to it..1) Galadriel's vision thing seems overpowered without a timer
Still working on getting it to work.2) Her throw down the walls ability doesn't work on walls or towers, which brings me onto point 3:
Well don't forget that Elrond and Glorfindel can both take down gates in one hit with Bruinin/Noldor Light respectively. But yeah... It does take a while to level them up. I usually use Eagles to take out as many towers as they can. Still, I think another siege ability/power is needed. Can anyone give any suggestions (aside from actual siege machines or purchasable Ents)?3) Elves really need siege. I found myself camping outside enemy castles until the ents had recharged, and that was the only way I could get into castles
I've never used rally points outside of the castle... So I never noticed this. However, you can walk your units through them normally. I haven't the slightest clue why rally points don't work properly.4) There seemed to be some problem with entrances to the castle. I think I counted three that should be there, although only one seemed to allow units to walk through (atleast when setting rallypoints for buildings)
Read the ReadMe .5) If you build the Orchard at a settlement it has Gondor Farm text and images
Thanks for all your comments, zimoo!

Anyway, just played this online with a friend and it was great! He got rushed at the start and lost his citadel twice but managed to survive, due in part to my massed Mirkwood Scouts.
His Cirdan seemed buggy though, as he charged out of the camp and all the way to the Black Gate (we started at the top), and apparently he didn't earn power points for Cirdans kills.
Great mod though, once we got the Galadriel twins out the enemy was doomed

It's hard to forget things I never knew , but I'll keep that in mind for next time I start a siege battle.
BTW, on the topic of Glorfindel. Isn't his sacrifice ability supposed to take his own life as well as the enemies?

In the My Battle for Middle-Earth folder .There's a readme
Unfortunately, I couldn't define his guard radius so it would be different depending on whether he was purchased from the castle, camp, or outpost. If I think about the Black Gate map, it makes sense that he would go as far as the gates. I'm alright with this large radius thing though. The Power Points thing though... I doubt there's much I can do about that. His Cirdan seemed buggy though, as he charged out of the camp and all the way to the Black Gate (we started at the top), and apparently he didn't earn power points for Cirdans kills.
Sweeeet.Great mod though, once we got the Galadriel twins out the enemy was doomed
Sacrifice still doesn't quite work (you'd know that if you saw the readme... I should have tried to point the readme out more in the installer).BTW, on the topic of Glorfindel. Isn't his sacrifice ability supposed to take his own life as well as the enemies?
Thank you sooooo much! You rock!its a very good and nice best elven mod ever
