Since the stealth general trusts to hit-and-run tactics and covert ops, couldn't his infantry be more expirienced all-around? Some sort of a Jikhad-cell? They would have different names compared to the normal ones, cost slightly more, have a similar outlook to the jikhad warrior and have some special abilitys, too.
The rpg-tooper would become Jikhad hunter, to who would later be possieble to develop burning missiletips from the palace or scud storm. The enhanced missiles, when shot at enemy vehicles, would light them on fire and they would also slightly increase the hunters effectivity against infantry.
The stinger-tooper would become Jikhad guardian, to who would later be possieble to develop guided-missiles from the palace or scud storm. The guided missiles could be shot at slightly greater range.
The pathfinder would become Jikhad ghost, who would have a similar special action as the Jermen Cell (or whatever he is called). However the ability would have to be developed from palace or scud storm and it would only have a 25% possiebility to take down the driver of a vehicle.
And the Jermen Cell would be changed to Jikhad-commander. He would inspire nearby infantry (like the Jermen Cell) and have the abilitys to call a Jikhad-cell around him (not big though) and create stolen weapons around him. He would be armed with an automatic pistol. Possiebly it would be possieble to develop an another ability to him, an airstrike of some sort? It would have a long reloading time though and it wouldn't be very effective.
The Jikhad warrior wouldn't be changed.
