An African army fighting to unite Africa, return its resources back to the African people and purify the African race. The KUA believes that Africans are, as parents of humanity, the most superior race of humans.
Their radical policy, operating methods and killing anyone who opposes them have made them scum to the western people (via the global media) and to the UN. However the USA, even when pressured to do something, did hardly anything since they didn't have enough to gain from participating in this conflict.
But the way KUA banishes and mass murders the global corporations local commands and takees control over all industries and farms also attracted the GLAs attention. The KUAs policy had turned the money valves in norther Africa from GLA to KUA and the KUA also threatened their defense by compromising their primary industries security. This was considered unacceptable and soon GLA began fighting the KUA as well.
Shortly after GLA began to openly fight in Africa the USA chose to began a war against the KUA now that the stakes had become much higher.
Little did anyone know that the Chinese government had been supporting the KUA for quite a while now in exchange of destroying the GLA production in Saudi-Arabia. They considered them to be a powerful ally against the GLA.
USAs and GLAs warefforts in Africa had very little success, since the vast majority of the Africans supported the KUAs cause, and the KUA continued to expand across Africa. When KUA had "unified" Central Africa and parts from Norther- and Southern Africa, they decided to bring out the fact that China had been supporting them for the whole time and also began to cooperate with GLA. This of course outraged USA whose ally China had been and China was outraged by the fact that KUA had chosen to ally with Chinas worst enemy. KUA and GLA though weren't the best allies and they both began to prepare for a double cross.
(I thought that this kind of a plot would make fighting between USA and China more reasonable and since GLA and KUA both were preparing to double cross each other it wouldn't be much of a suprice that they would start to fight against eachother again soon.)
The KUAs symbol could be a black sharp corner up triangle that would be crossed by two golden scimitars in the center and there would also be golden K in the base of the triangle. Something like this: (yea, yea the picture sucks but it gives quidelines, eh?)
<----->
\ K /
s \ / s
-scimitars-

The KUAs buildings would have a similar style to the GLAs buildings but they would use some electricity (KUAs powerplant wouldn't provide much power), they would use trucks to gather supplies and they would use hackers and special supplystations to alternatively gain money. The special supplystations would act like normal supplystations, but they would be replenished via cargoplane (countdowntime 4 min. or something) and have a buildlimit of 5 or something (the cargoplane would bring 10000 at a time but the docks could only hold 40000 so the exessive supplies would be destroyed. The supplies could only be harvested from the station by supplyharvesters and would have to be brought to a supply collection dock (supplycenter or moblile stash).
Their superweapon would be an artillery battery would fire a powerful artillery strike over a very large area that would cause as much damage as a third level artillery battery and its countdowntime would be 4 minutes.
Their units would be African and the KUA would utilize both Chinese and GLA technology in their arsenal. They would also have some highly advanced units.
I haven't thought about the other units or -buildings yet...

And also, if the new side gets as many generals as the other sides, couldn't the new sides fourth general be a some kind of a creeper general who builds new defence lines closer to his enemy? The defence lines would contain much long range defences, so they would clear a new place for the new defence line. This tactic would be rather dearing (if the enemy has strong units standing by or long range defences to destroy the unfinished defence line near their base), but it wouldn't only surround the enemy in their only base, it would also slowly bombard them to death because attempting to destroy the defence lines of the creeper general would be hard because of strong AA, AT and AI defences.

White is for civilians and neutrals. Black is not visible on minimap. I tried it.Hey creator will there be more colors to these new sides instead of the old red and gold ones? What about black or white?

How would attacking civilians generate money? Oh, and what civilians are we talking about?

Yes, but strategically? How would for example Al-Quaida make money that way? Wouldn't they just loose their peoples support?

They would be an ok rushing unit, assist in defence and offence, quickly scout grounds in early game and reach and capture the tech buildings faster. And perhaps later in the game to strike stealthly to unprotected areas.
