-Wainrider Encampment. Basically, it starts out as an empty area surrounded by a ring of wagons (think BFME1 camp size). The ring is closed, so noone can get in - or out. However, every two wagons can be selected, and "opened" like a gate. They can then by closed by clicking on of them. The wagons wouldn't have much more health than the normal chariots, but their armour values would be fairly higher, so that they could stop a charge long enough for your units to arrive and defend the position. For defence, each individual wagon could be upgraded with fortifications (adds crates, barrels, etc. to it for increased health and armour) and/or a garrison of archers, which can be upgraded with whatever arrow upgrades available to the Faction.

I originally thought of it being a fortress in itself, but now that I think 'bout it, it could be better as a summon, which changes an area to this and allows the purchase of Chariots and other Cavalry units.
What d'you think?

One thing that's kind of cool 'bout it, is that virtually any point in it could be a gate, making it a b*tch to siege..

I thought of something like this too, only for my gate mod (Tok'ra force field ring.) Mine would be a summon instead of a buildable camp thing, though.That's the first really unique idea i have come across in ages!

Unique: not a copy of something else.
Most suggestions, good or bad, are more or less related to some other unit/mechanic in the game. That isn't a bad thing at all. But it doesn't happen often that i am as surprised by a suggestion as the one mentioned above. Don't fret.

I like most that Mahud Chieftain(Prince of Harad, He Eomer kills) is in the mod but where is the king ( That mumakil Legolas kill) ?

lvl1 Mounts Mumakil , Of course, like UK write .

3. Leadership , to all Harad units 100+ damage 50+armor
7 or 8. Gives all Mumakils that in experiance to lvl 5 or something ?

PS. In the "King of Harad" picure Legolas counting his kills . So its a text in Swedish there

He's not a king or a prince though, he's just a mahud, which all the mumaks have.
No not all of them, you can see that when Mahud blowing the horn.

Yes, but even a Mahud can blow a horn.
I think they were no princes, just, as gollums aid, mahuds^^
Dont what I ment , When you see him blow the horn you can see there is not a Mahud on all mumakil:P
