Yeah RJ-RotWK mod is a bit like "What if", while SEE is more like "Like this" and folowing the movies as much as possible. That makes it more restricted than RJ mod and thus our mods never risk of being copies no matter how much we share stuff

I love this one:

And the Vain Rider is just awesome and EXACTLY ehat I would like for them ;) It's just a question of which modeler would like to do such an advanced model... :)

The final structure for Harad has been added! :thumbsupsmiley:
Well... except the Khand Barracks that is...

I'm not sure what the Palace Tent will do, other than be related to heroes. I'll try to make it a pre-req for Suladân (or simply have him spawn from here, but that would require him to be lvl 10 from start) and also give some sort of bonus to Haradrim like the Draft upgrade for Rohan Peasants that the Golden Hall gives... Maybe for starters just an attributemodifier that increases their abilities... makes them faster (to simulate hightened morale).

Here's the "new" alternate Mûmak, using the CE Edition skin (that is in the game). I call it Royal Mûmak, and I was thinking it could be a single unit, kinda like Treebeard, Gwaihir, Drogoth... and maybe be the personal Mûmak of Suladân :p We could have him mount the top balcony and give tremendeous Leadership bonuses on the battle field to the otherwise somehat "weak" Harad melee units :)

IMO the royal mumak should be the final fortress upgrade, like Drogoth for Moria and Gwahir for the Elves. Suladan could just be the guy on the Mumak...and perhaps give it a few new abilities...
If I were you and you were me I'd have a different face.

Yeah I might make the Fortress Monument a pre req =) It will also summon a horde of Wild Mumakil - without Houda and Haradrim of any kind. The Royal Mumak uses the Tower Lancers btw, and not archers :p

Yeah, the Tower Lancers are weak in melee and armor, but the lances themselves will be devastating when thrown, much like the Axes (thrown) of Dwarves :p I will give them a bonus towards cavalry as well =)

If only I could work out why the heck the Lancers try to "run on the spot" while in the Houda... lol

Nah, I SEE everything... :p I just forgot to reply.
That's basically the only way to do it, when recruiting outside the fortress. Only the fortress support revival at the level the units was. So when I first added the Rohan heroes I struggled with the same thing, and since I didn't want them to reset their level on each revival, I had to put them in the Gondor fortress too. This is the reason that Treebeard is Lvl10 all the time for instance (even in the retail game). So, maybe this works for Suladân as he's rather the head honcho of this faction (desipte it being called Rhûn), so he might be ok as a lvl10 from start :p

Moving on... Here is the final structure for Harad - Khand Barracks. And to avoid any further arguments on originality and comparison to other mods - this model is also available in the game, ever since BFME1. It has Build Up anims and Damage States and Idle anims. I only need to figure out the Mesh names so I can give it Level Ups too :) But that's details... With this I'm ready to move back to Rhûn to finish that side of the faction, and after that it's "merely" a matter of adding all the units, most of which Flameguard is working hard on as we speak :p

One of the leaders of the Haradrim at the time of the War of the Ring bore the standard of the Serpent Lord, and was slain by King Theoden of Rohan at the Battle of the Pelennor Fields in Third Age 3019.
