Hmm, a few probs; should it just be a skin change, or should they be buffed as well? These look more powerful.

Also isn't calling yourself Éorlingas the equivalent of calling yourself a Gondorian? So it should be something like Éorlingas Spearmen...or whatever.

The rest of the yeomen would have to be changed too to fit that look then...and I don't think it's worth it.

I also am not sure celeglin put those up for other mods to use.

why does it have to make the archers reskinned? its basicly the rohirim but on foot skin with a shield.. tower guard anims.. but w/e they didnt all wear the same thing.

But atm all the yeomen herald summoned units have pretty much the same skin, so this would really stick out against them...

Doesn't matter either way, I'm fairly sure those were made for Cel by someone else. So they're not up for use.
Unless you find the person who orginally made them :p

Most likely model-wise, seeing as that's primarily what is being complained about.

I have a few issues with the Rohan faction.
The #1 is that some different units have the same title ala Royal Guards (horseman and foot versions.)
#2 is the Yeoman Heralds being recruitable from both the archery range and the barracks. (I'd suggest the barracks only.)
#3 Elf archers for the Archery range seems a bit odd for a faction that should be having strained relations with the elves.
#4 Peasants getting bonuses from the upgrades seems a bit odd.

I have begun making small changes to adjust these...
I do like the Yeoman Herald's flexibility, I just think the exact layout might need some adjustment.
Perhaps the Archery Range can allow for training of the ranged weapons only, as well as any archer upgrades making it more like a 2ndary armory?

Another possibility would be to make the archery range the yeoman building and keep the barracks for the Royal Guards, perhaps Shield Maidens, and the melee training for the yeoman heralds.

Let me just say I love bringing the Peasant recruitment back, though I do wish they had the repair power.

Please register, Skrull - you seem like a well-read fellow with some form of modding experience. You're fully welcome here :p
Anyway, I'll do my best to answer your questions:
1. That's a relatively minor detail that is simple enough to take care of. Thanks for pointing it out.
2. Yes, it's probably a good move for the Heralds to be moved purely to the Rohan Barracks.
3. The Elven Archers are there to represent the alliance between Elves and Men, and to give them a decent mid-to-late-game infantry unit.
4. How is it odd that the Peasants can be upgraded? In my opinion they need them moreso than any other unit in Rohan's arsenal. I'm not sure of the progress on the Peasants regaining their 'repair' ability, but it seems like a good idea to bring it back.

Yoda, I think that the Yeoman NEED a reskin. Especially the archers and spearthrowers. The spearmen and peasants could also use a nice upgrade along the lines of skin. Compared to other factions, their skin is umm... well, lets say less than perfect.

theres ground, becouse peasants doesnt look like elfs, in shiny polished armor.
