All enemy timers? In radius? Or what? Even witchking's final lvl 10 power only resets 1...I think....

I was thinking more like in close proximity...and it probably would be better if it only effected one or two of them, rather than all.
Perhaps leadership powers and terror/Dread Vissage?
Cheers,

I kind of like the idea of a dread visage(or fear)/attack speed increase/knockback damage as a level 10 power. <That would just be my preference. I could appreciate a level 10 power that boosts attack and powers. This wouldn't be a wizard blast (yeah I'm just going to edit a reply to you, tyler, here) because it would last for a minute or whatever. It would be like Glorfindel being attacked by orcs (or what you will) and you activate the power and then you see random units flying around on your screen (like a boosted ST arrow upgrade) for a while. By the way, I can understand why you got confused by the knockback idea.

The reason that I want some knockback damage is because it would differentiate it from Glorfindel's other attack-boosting power. Or I'd even be fine if we used elfhelm's idea about resetting your enemy's heroe's timers.... Would these be stackable if this was added in?

I definitely think that we should replace the "Wind-Rider" power with a leadership (maybe) or something that generates fear to other enemies and maybe other heroes, if that was possible?

but it would have to be really strong since its a lvl 10 power. not like a wizard blast.

and you are right, even witchking can reset just one hero ( selected ), soo radius reset is kínda too much even for " Uber elf "

Since the above discussion has been dead for a while...

Has anyone besides me, been bothered by the fact that Galadriel and Elrond have the same twister power in the current public beta?

and why should " that " bother me . . . im a reallist - the team has more important stuff to code, then play around with every damn single power, manouver, or spell at the same time.

but if you want to bother them with " its not original " and " quick change it " then you have free way - go, i really think they will listen to you becouse they DONT have anything better to do :p

Well...since elves are the current focus of the team, it's easier now than doing it some other time cause everything is getting reworked anyway.

However, I havn't heard a suggestion for a replacement yet.

My point was that it was unoriginal, by the way.

This could be just me (which I think it is) but I am always bugged when two heroes have the exact same offensive power. Especially when those heroes are in the same faction. I'm thinking of a water-based power replacement for Galadriel because Elrond had the ring of air and she had the ring of water.

I was just thinking of that :) the Rings, yeah.
Suggestion time, lol.
I've been thinking...for the Elven spellcasters, maybe each type could recieve a small bonus depending on which subfaction you start with? Ie the 'wind' variant would get a slight bonus for Lorien, the 'water' for Rivendell, and 'fire' for Mirkwood...though, the last doesn't really make that much sense. But you've gotta do what you gotta do :p
Cheers,
-mike

I thought about that too...or making the element to your subfaction start at level 1, and the other 2 at level two.

Yeh that's good thinking, but I think Rivendell should be fire, Lórien; water and Mirkwood be air. The point being, Rivendell is the only subfac that could be said to be most suited to fire, even though that seems a teeeeny bit far-off. But I think Rivendell, with their 'fiery' personality might make the grade.
