Harad Fortress (full upgraded), Stables, Archery Range, Armory, Farm... Beautiful models! That would rock in RJ-RotWK! Really bad the mod is cancelled...

Despair is only for those who see the end beyond all doubt. We do not. It is wisdom to recognize necessity, when all other courses have been weighed, though as folly it may appear to those who cling to false hope. Well, let folly be our cloak, a veil before the eyes of the Enemy! For he is very wise, and weighs all things to a nicety in the scales of his malice. But the only measure that he knows is desire, desire for power; and so he judges all hearts. Into his heart the thought will not enter that any will refuse it, that having the Ring we may seek to destroy it. If we seek this, we shall put him out of reckoning.

1. The army that marched against Dale and Erebor was mostly or entirely Easterling, and seems to be the only instance where Sauron's human allies were not auxiliaries of an Orc-based host.
2. Whether going by the books or the films, the Haradrim were a key part of Mordor's armies at Pelennor Fields...not so much with the Easterlings.
3. Mordor's Easterling pikemen can be compensated with spammable and more Mordor like Orc Pikemen. It's a stretch to invent Orc equivalents of the Harad units, though.
4. In contrast, its not good to stack Evil Men with elite Archers, light cavalry, and Mumakil when they already have good infantry, pikemen, heavy cavalry, and chariots.
5. If Rhun needs extra support units, they can get them from Khand (which is truer to the fiction).
Anyway, my two cents.

If Harad must be removed from Mordor, better to replace them with a small and expensive contingent of Black Numenorians than invent Orcs and Beasts that don't fit the fiction.

No, you start off with a menu from which you can decide which faction to play with: Harad or Rhûn. After that you can only build units and buildings from that particular faction, until you buy the 'union' power from the spellbook.
o whoa RJ will actually be implementing something liek dat!?!?! that's sweeet... well i like the sound of it so i'd definitely be looking forward to it
And as for wat uve said Dhzon... i personally understand how u feel, but with the Evil Men factioanly independent on their own now, it only seems suitable to say.... incorporate them into mordor by spell book power or smth - not a solid component to the faction itself though.

hehe, also wrong the factions' which you didnt choose will just be more expensive and have longer buildtimes, but you can play harad and rhun without getting the spell

Wouldn't it be better to split them completely? That'd make it even more unique...
