Ravnin, you and I seem to agree alot on quite a bit. XD I'm the guy who sits back and plays and says 'HOLY CRAP AWESOME JOB. I'D HELP IF I COULD!' But I mean it honestly, if it matters...XD

'The Twilight of Man is nigh, and coming ever closer. The days have shortened into cold, forlorn darkness and sunrise to sundown is a bitter struggle for survival. But do not think for a moment that we shall not fight. We shall not go quietly into the dusk. We shall not throw down arms and flee, or surrender. We will go on, we will not falter. And even should we die, we shall make an end that will be remembered for thousands of years. For beautiful Arnor that is, for glorious Númenor that was! We are the Dúnedain, we are the Men of the North, and our foes will remember our steel!'

We need a lot of people to just play the mod and give feedback.
When you say

I'D HELP IF I COULD!

you should realise you really are all helping by doing what you do.

If anyone wants the chance to become a full beta tester, who get to play versions before they are released to the public, Rob has made an application topic, in which you can show off work to do with the mod.

Head over to http://forums.revora...showtopic=59700 to find out more :D

I'm gonna make a bold statement and say that Rogash should be removed from the game entirely; - how many people would agree with me on this?

Agreed, I think he should be removed from the game completely or at least be remade.

Same-here, although Rogash was one of the strongest heros in the game. Anyone got any ideas as to what we replace him with

well he is strong, and removing will hurt Angmar a bit, isnt it enough to just fix his model or something ?

and if removed, there must be something equivalent to replace him

soo what, cant there be such ability, its not like its op or anything

and i dont see a reason why there couldnt be a bit smarter wersion of troll - Olag hais were inteligent enough to wear armor, and use sword, axes and maces, with a bit skill.
soo why couldnt one of them learn to speak ( though not soo good as Rogash could, maybe some basic words like " me hungry, me wanna kill, me scared " or something like that )

Rogash might need a replacement (?), but go ahead an axe him. I sure as hell wouldn't mind  .

I'd suggest not to replace him, Mordor already has a moderately good Troll hero.

But what will fill the hole left from Rogash? A Dark Dunedan hero, or an orc cheiftain?

I rather like the idea of an INTELLIGENT troll who can fight "like a trained swordsman." I don't understand why the trolls in BFME are mostly grunting beasts, when, in The Hobbit, trolls are quite intelligent. If you can decide to make a pie out of "burahobbits," you can probably learn to swordfight.

As that may be, Rogash doesn't fit the game. Perhaps if he were more like a normal snow troll in appearance, and not the great hulking moron with sculeosis. If you're not going to redo him, then at least trash him.

I think the Leap ability is okay, except for the fact that the creature using the leap ability is a multi-ton, fully armored troll... It goes well with Gimli: Gimli is useful, but the Leap ability, to me, really puts him on par with the rest of the fellowship instead of the slow hobbit-guarder. I don't feel up to typing out long posts today. XD

The could have ginven him something more true to his anatomy like a great swordplast, mabye rearmour him, make either like a Snow or Hill Troll. Or possibly a Mountain or Cave Troll, to back up his size.

ok i will say just this to it today
" breathe in "

soo if you wanna axe Rogash, you MUST replace him with hero that is of equival strenght ( which means he should get meta impact or AoE dmg type ), soo he can cover his place.
i dont mind if it ll be dark numenorean hero, with some huge sword, but he MUST be 100% covering Rogash ( for as much as he was dumb, and took xxxxx time to regenerate, he was still pretty strong on the batlefield, and his Leap did pretty high dmg too ).

if you make the other hero, soo that he fits in, i too wont mind taking out Rogash ( see ya dummy  )

Angmar already has 2 AoE heroes...which is more than most factions. Rohan and Gondor and Elves for example have none...I think either all heroes should have minor AoE or only trolls and mordor wk should.

And for leap I meant...he probaly ways two tons, but he jumps like 10 yards up and forward into the air with no difficulty at all :p
