I understand why you added a heroic statue to the mordor faction (and the model looks awesome!), but I don't think it's the right thing for Mordor. As is, it's a good building for balancing the factions (i.e. everybody has a statue) but it just seems to me that it's not the right Mordor (or even just evil) flavor. I think rather than a statue that gives bonuses (like the good factions), just having Gate Watcher statues would taste more Mordor. Imagine it, the gate watcher statues from the fortress built anywhere on the map instead of just at a fortress, and maybe visually larger with an increased range and/or fire rate. The evil factions (Mordor especialy) are more about fear than inspiration after all... Does this make sense or am I just babbling?
Now I want you to remember, no one has ever won a war, by nerfing the enemy.
Wars are won, when the other poor bastard gets beat so bad, he has to go and nerf YOUR army!

Hi! Nazgul! i wanted to ask a suggestion to you but looks like you haven't read mine yet so i'm writing here, is that ok?Good or bad or in between, it's more like polishing, which will be for later. We need to get 4.7 finished first, and for that we have more than enough to cope with
my suggestion is that for witch king of mordor, cam you put hour of witch king (burning sword) when he's on fellbeast (just fire wave- like the movie)? and how about adding man eater when he's on fellbeast as well?
can you answer my questions? thank you

We can always replace the banner carrier model with the supervisor model and place the BC behind instead in front of the horde. In addition, the supervisor should get new running animations, when whipping his underlings to a run he should actually get custom running&whipping animations including 'Move it you slags!'-style audio. What do you think?
I just remembered that there was some sort of Orc supervisor in the Fangorn Good mission in TBFME1... Maybe we can use that model?

I like the idea for the burning sword, maybe if its doable have the hour of the witch king power target a hero, then the fell beast swoops down and lands on the hero knocking him/her down and while landed the witch does his whole sword raise with the fire and it does the wave, while reseting the hero timers for the selected hero. just a thought but would need anims.

superviser whipping from behind the battalion
That might be nice, but there also were flags with the Mordor army at the Pelenor fields, perhaps there might be units with flags (the better kinds of ocrs, Morgul rats ) and other units with just superviser ; (OT I allways wondered what effect should the whip have in case of the warriors whose armor should withstand (weak, slow...) hits even with blade... but in the film the orcs get whipped, it would be great to see the same thing in the game)
Concerning the superviser, I was also thinking about the big fat orc who did the inspection behind the Black Gate at the end of the RotK, the blue face, the white eye, who saw Sam holding up the weak Frodo... (who was this orc, a sort of Mordor general, Gothmog's colleague at the Black Gate? Or just an inspector? A superior officer?) what about having him as a minor hero with the following ability : eliminate the week (wounded) orcs and complete the battalion with new ones, with a quite short recharge... or a regular unit (with a limit of number to be built) from the elite orc pit, giving some command bonuses to the orcs, a weaker "command troll", or something like that, with some interesting abilities, he was a "nice" guy, wasn't he
About healing... care about their wounded it really is not anything Mordor should be strong at. On the other hand, even the orcs are living beings and feel pain, and I think that there should be some primitive sort of healing. What about to add the ability to "eliminate the wounded", those who are under 50% would be killed and eaten by the others, that would heal those who are under 100% to 100%, and if the unit has flag or supervisor, it would slowly replace the losses... this could work for the orcs ; and I think the Easterlings and Haradims should have a sort of healing of the same kind the good factions have, with perhaps slower effect, etc. The Haradims should be also able to heal their Mumakils, shouldn't they. The fighting uruk-hai, as skilled warriors, might be able to heal them-selves, very slowly, in the way the Elves do.

well i think the witch-king of mordor should be given a more high res new skin..and his scale should be increased to 1.7 from 1.5 ..because its wriiten in books that he's tall and looks very intimidating..secondly black aura should be added to him.
