I figured you'd say something along those lines, but I thought I'd give it a try. Please at least have a look at the beam direction on vehicle class objects though so it at least goes the right way for an attack beam. Maybe GoesRightWay=yes or something?

so you think that I should work with this beam, for example instead of new deploy logic?
I need another community members opinion.

It would be what I would be using in my mod :p You are right of course that I don't speak for everyone, but refinement of older features can be just as important as getting new ones in.

One I just thought of (I must be be an idiot or I would've mentioned it earlier) : Fix the one 'power up' unit limit.


Yes I know its been mentioned before, but VK hasn't commented on it so I was wondering, Was it just VK overlooked it, or is it too hard / impossible?

suggestion:

a powerplant that put specific units in it...
eg. bio reactor... only accepts initiates to upgrade power...

EDIT: and the Unit Veterancy in countries (VeteranInf or Units= thingy... not displaying in the cameo) for Cameo's.. so it will display the veteran sign

A tag, Cloning=, which can be put on WFs and Airfields and Naval yards? That way, we could ahve some funky fun and one potential bug could be wiped. (yes, the AI Clone Wars).

A BuildUnit SW. So with autofire of SW's a building could create a unit whenever the timer runs out, or perhaps making it only possible to build something every however long, which could be fun with spies to try and reset the SW to prevent your opponent building something.
I want it for the first excuse though :p

I suggested pretty much that on the RP wishlist ages ago. I was basing it on the fremen superweapon from dune 2k where you get a squad built every so often and on the original idea for the mutant units in TS where you were supposed to get them when you captured or help mutant buildings/areas. It would be similar to getting units through paradrops or drop pods, but they would emerge from the attached structure rather than being deleivered anywhere the player wanted.

There's already one way to do this through gattling logic for units and buildings, see

And infantry with more than 2 effective weapons (rifle, RPG) isn't very realistic (maybe grenades or a knife as the 3rd and the 4th weapon).

and it doesn't work for jumpjet units

speaking of which... i can't remember anybody wishing this here so... gattling logic for aircrafts and jumpjets (or something similar to it)

I've seen it work with jumpjets... Did you remember to give it a turret?
I'll admit it was buggy, but worth playing around with, methinks...
