Guys, you messed up with the wishlist. Do you think VK wants to hunt through 9 pages of discussion? I think this thread was supposed to be a list, so why don't you just list your wishes and discuss it elsewhere and modify your posts in case you have another wish? This wishlist is now complete useless, althought it is the most important thread concerning Npatch...

1)As i see The hunter seeker superweapon can only be used by the GDI and Nod side..

please make it work for ThirdSide and Fourthside.. or how can i mke it work for my FourthSide?

2)Chronosphere Clones.. so you can use "dark holes" as transportation effects.. or the Scrin Portals. but with anothere effects preserving the original ChronosphereSpecial And chronowarpspecial.

A very usefull thing to add would be a few new scripts in aimd.ini, similar to Script 46,* ( "attack structure number" ) but reffering to "attack infantry number", "attack vehicle number" and "attack aircraft number".

So far, all we got is just a generic "attack any infantry" or "attack any vehicle", but you can't specify, for instance, "send a sniper to kill Boris", just "kill any infantry", so the AI could very well send it's units after enemy conscripts, instead of focusing on eliminating a much more important target.

Also, if VK starts working on AI-part of the exe, maybe he can find out what's the mistery beyond the 131072, 196608, 65534 and 0 to be added to structure number... ;)

not right.
however read in help:
You can define hunter seeker using Hunter=[unit] tag under your side section.

so just put:

[ThirdSide]
Hunter=THUNTER

nothing mistery here... I already see it few months ago.
this just:
131072 = 20000h
196608 = 30000h
65536 (not 65534) = 10000h

in other words first word hold a building number and the second hold a special value (0, 1, 2, 3).
It specify how to select part to building? I don't remember it now. I will look again.

How about a Tag That allows you to choose what Setting it can be built by the AI Eg AIEasy=bool AIMedium=Bool AIHard=Bool This would allow things like clones to be used for the harder levals but for the easy Ai not. This would mean people who make there AI better would have an Easyer time making Easy Easy not hard.

No because then it wouldn't building so much... it would just be like when we have 3 factories. I meant it would be more useful because you could use it on more than just cloned buildings.

Noobish wish.. but possible... Reenable the Chemical missile SW logic will be a great advance ;) ... but it may be hard because it depended of Veins Recollection..

And Custom MagBeam tags... like recolor, etc:rolleyes:

Custom beams logic already covers recoloured magnatron and sonic (dolphin I think) beams I do like the clone idea so I don't have to make extra copies of buildings to get the AI to build more

I better hurry before thred get locked. Man, it looks like a possibility hard to encounter: to actually be able to talk to a Person who can make a real change in the history of RA2YR (don't throw hates at me; I'm not saying VK's the only one; still... )
I know it's not a wish thred but a suggestion one (can't separate them no matter what)

If y o u can make it and it's an objective issue (from my pov) and revolutionary:

1 - countries in the same team are able to give units to each other. Permanently. Like a "change house" (more useful and awsome in multiplayer)

2 - a country that gets hold of an enemy unit, gets the technology to build that unit. Like a "reverse engineer"

3 - a new concept: units can't see behind. Like aquire target disabled for behind (useful to create ambush when the player looses focus on the units). This would be very difficult to do as it is not in C&C nature and it would have a very subtle result; though, don't flame me.

If you think it's useful and doable, then please, do them

P.S.

4 - remote detonation. Like crazy Ivan's tnt but with different wh (virus shot triggers the illness later when inf unit is crowded, not to mention all sorts of planted bombs, like chemical, emp)
I know that this may be achieved by creating a unit as a bomb, but it's barely neat.

I don't want to play smart with you, but here's a suggestion:

You should make some kind of a multi-poll where all wishes (yours and other's) are gathered and voted; it goes without saying that you don't need other's votes for your wishes but I suppose you'd want to know which of them are of a high interest.

An ideal way would be if all the wishes could be seen at once, as a list, with a poll next to each one. No need would be for comments to the ideas.
