I reallly don't sit too well with the idea of transferring the dragons to Rhun, I can understand where Sul was coming from when he proposed it, after all there is a lot of draconic influences in the forms of their armour and weaponry, and possibly their heraldry. But I would prefer to have the Blue Wizards serve as the ring heroes, at least depending if Harad and Rhun will remain united. But Moria should at least keep their share of dragons, like Drogoth and the Smaug summon.

But if the intention of moving the dragons is followed up, which ones will there be?
I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

i assume that drogoth will move to rhun, and if i were in charge of spellbook stuff (which i am not), then i would propose that moria have summon dragon and summon smaug, while rhun have summon fire drake brood (three fire drakes) and dragon strike (regular, without smaug reskin, probably less powerful)

True, but you have a LOT of ideas and some of them are very good (imo) and useful. I find power coding and ideas pretty booring, so I appreciate that you have given us so much to choose from =)

This is pure excitement. I can't wait to play the Rhûn faction and play against the Gondor and Erebor factions! I would play against Dale and leave Erebor alone, but there's no Dale faction. I guess it makes sense though, since the Dwarves and Dale-men live with each other.

That's meant to be a huge mod ! I have already tested the previous beta and I've always been impressed by the work done so far ! What I apreciated the most was the come back of some Rohan's units and also a reworked Mordor roster .

Even though Dale's just a support faction for Erebor I think they could have at least a few more units like Mounted Horse Archers or maybe a unique unit like Idk, The Royal Earls of Girion, which would consider as a hero unit. Just suggestions though.

We are told that Games Workshop's miniature world as a 3rd source. There are a few names in Legions of Middle-earth for the Easterlings and Haradrim. They include Baisheuin, Vacheretan, Raziamin, and Juldan. They also gave us the names Amdur, Suladan, and Keiseimu. They gave us kataphrakts and a look for the Khandians, to.

Please keep the Uruks of Orthanc as the elite unit for Isengard. They are one of my favorites and the Deathbringers from ROTWK are really lame. Why would anybody want to get rid of the Uruks of Orthanc? They are awesome!!

Why don't you use the Knights of Dol Amaroth model from RotWK? I think they looked cool, despite the fact that thief helmets made them look like Optimus Prime, and they killed my Boromir in 3 seconds....

We think they look like crap. Personally Id like something more armoured than the gondor knights, while still keeping with the look and adding in the appropriate details that signify them as being from Dol Amroth.

I think this would be a good reference for the dol Amaroth knights, or maybe as Prince Imrahil image.jpg

Are you going to update the Dwarves with the phalanx and King Dain from The Battle of Five Armies movie? I think King Dain with Billy Connolly's voice and the ability to ride a war boar would be pretty awesome!

Also, just to throw this out there, a digital copy of The Battle of Five Armies has, erm, "fallen into my lap" so to speak, and I do have access to audio mixing software, so if it would help I can get some clips of King Dain talking in the movie for commands, such as move, attack, near death etc. I am a novice though, so the files would be pretty raw, and would still have any background noise, but I could give them to whoever does your custom hero voices and he could optimize them. Just trying to help.

That would be nice, a Dain telling everybody to shut up everytime you move him somewhere.

Please don't; SEE is an important part of T3A and I don't want to see it fall prey to WB's legal department. Recreating the visuals is fine (fan art), but directly ripping sound from their product is not a good idea.

I'm sure Nazgul will agree with me on this.

Well, just offering to help, it would fall under fair use in my belief, since this is a mod and doesn't cost money, which is why I suggested it. I got the idea from other custom hero characters in the BFME1 mods such as Ugluk and several Rohan heroes, which have sound files taken directly from the movies. He has taken the dwarves from The Hobbit already as well. But of course I wouldn't want to cause any legal issues, just figured it would be fun.

Mostly it is a tolerance policy, as you don't make money. There would be a problem, however, if WB sells the rights of The Hobbit to a game developer and that developer wants to make a game which is just the slightest bit like BFME. I've seen it before in the FIFA community. Many people make new leagues for the game and there is never a single problem. However, one guy made the Asian Cup patch and for that tournament there was some kind of retarded game, so he was sued. The problem was solved when he made a new patch called 'international teams patch', even including the Asian Cup. If you look at it like that SEE would be quite safe, but AUJ wouldn't.
