Love the other elven units as well, your style looks really good on them.
Oh, and if you ask ^^ Ed ^^, he'll probably get rid of the shoulder spikes for you.

Well, kit-bashed from my own skins, which are all high res. I guess the texture I added to the cloth resulted in it looking a bit blurry and pixelated...it looks fine ingame, though.I really like that glorfindel, the colourscheme is perfect. Only criticism I'd say is that it looks a bit of a mesh of high res and low res textures. I know you said it was kit-bashed, which is fair enough, but it'd be improved loads by putting decent resolution material under the nice armor you've added.

Rivendell Lancer is a modified version of a skin I did for MME, Noldor Warrior is just a variant of the one earlier in this topic. Both for my personal mod of the game and anybody who wants them and asks nicely.

PD: I did not see the other stuff you've made. They look so good!

As for the helmet...it's not EA's, but it is extremely similar. I suppose I should redo it sometime.

I'll put the new helmet on the Rivendell Lancer, too.

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

At the end of it all, I can only conclude that I will never understand cloth. Argh! Any specific suggestions on how to improve it would be most helpful. I think part of the problem may be that many of the cloth parts of the model have very stretched or distorted mapping.

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

I always use multiple layers with pretty much every bit of my skins - texture, shading, and adjustment layers like hue/saturation and brightness/contrast. That way, everything is flexible and adjustable. One technique I use sometimes with cloth (think I stole this from one of nertea's tutorials) is to copy the selection to a new layer, run the texurizer filter on it and then take down the opacity so that it looks natural. Gives the cloth the nice weave look and you can adjust the scale to make a larger or smaller weave fabric. Also play about with layer styles on this layer and burn/dodge to bring up the highlights/lowlights.
